Wabi Sabi, Appartement Premium au Cœur de Lyon

Very close to one of the exits/entrances to the railway station. The air conditioning worked well, which was needed. It was 35 degrees. The modernist, minimalist solutions to the small space were impressive.

I had to have an app in my phone to be able to open the door. This was not a problem in the end, but stressfull at the time. The wash basin had water coming down from the ceiling, which was interesting, but rather splashy.

Entrée de l'appartement par étage encore en travaux En dépliant le canapé lit on s'aperçoit que le dessus de matelas est sale Douche bouchée par des cheveux = inondation de l'appartement. Si la douche avait été lavée le débordement aurait été aperçu

Location was great, just a few steps walk to Gare de Lyon. The room was aesthetic and had good kitchen amenities but the modern design was not even functional especially in the bathroom/toilet - mirror facing an odd angle, faucet from ceiling was not good for brushing teeth, etc.

The check-in information was lacking so it took us more than 30 minutes to get in. They did not provide us the complete instructions regarding the "app". And there was no key for our room in the lock box! Using an app and bluetooth to get in the rooms was so inconvenient because only 1 app could be downloaded per booking - which means we all had to return to the apartment together! No elevators so we had to carry our heavy luggages up 2 flights of stairs. Towels and blankets were stinky - not washed or dried properly, when you opened the cabinet where they were stored, the smell was so bad and i didnt wanna cover my face with the blanket or wipe my face with the towel. The sofa bed was not made for the 3rd person and it was difficult for us to transform the sofa to a bed so we opted not to in order to avoid ruining the furniture. When we arrived, the thick curtains were on the floor. Sofa was dusty from the curtain attachments.
