An enjoyable stay in a very convenient, cozy and comfortable lyonnais studio. Great location!

The building is old and dirty outside; so the first impression was not good. The fact that no one came with the keys, nor answered my calls gave me plenty of time to wonder if I had made a good choice for my two nights in Lyon. Finally, someone answered the phone at an off-shore location and I could enter through 4 locked doors to a compact studio, very clean and nicely decorated. Having travelled by train to Lyon's Pare Dieu station, which is a short walk down the street, I was glad to flop down on the bed to relax.

I am also a Booking.com host. 7 houses in the PACA region. So, I have different standards with regard to 'first impressions.' The explanation of how to use the appliances inside the studio and how to visit Lyon were EXCELLENT. Someone contacted me several times to be sure I was comfortable, etc. BUT there is nothing like a friendly, human face at the arrival, especially when the entrance and locked doors are formidable! Waiting outside in the cold rain got my stay off to a low-quality start, only compensated by the cleanliness and comfort of the studio. In short, arrival protocol could be improved. Everything else was fine..

Perfect room for what we needed.

Needed a unassuming place to stay one night near the train station. We arrived a bit too early, but we managed to just put our bags in the room and left while it was cleaned. There is a mall nearby and the train station. We also took a nice walk to the river and ate at Maison Moly… yum. The room was worth the price and there is everything you need for a longer stay. If I ever make it back to Lyon, I would consider this place again

The only thing I didn’t like is on one side of the bed, there could be a tiny table or something to set your phone on and your water bottle. Also, if you are planning on staying in your room and not going out much, it’s a bit dark. Good for sleeping in. But not if you need a lot of light. But why would you want to stay in your room anyway in such a wonderful city!

Very nice place!

Convenient location near the train station. Check-in and check-out are independent, all instructions are clear. The apartment is small, but cozy and clean, there is everything you need. Thank you for your hospitality!

Overall a great place to stay close to Gare Part-Dieu

The room was exquisitely furnished and was so clean! The choice of decor is to be commended as well. The kitchen and bathroom facilities worked very well and both the bed and the couch were comfortable to sleep on. The room was very quiet too, and that was good for when we wanted to rest. The information binder that was in the room was very informative and detailed in telling us how to use any of the equipment in the room.

Room felt confining for 3 people; it would be ideal for a solo traveller or a couple. Being on the ground floor, it was rather dark and dingy, even in the middle of the day. The security is very good, but accessing the actual room was initially difficult as the lock for the room worked differently from all the other locks we had encountered in the building entrance and the hallway.

It’s better to stay in a hotel if you take a TGV or an airplane.

Station is close to the apt.

All focus on cleaning yourself and have to read all manuals before site seeing; therefore, it cannot enjoy your travel 100% and you’ve got to worried about just before you leave the place for cleaning, catching up a train or an airplane, a lot of security codes on your phone or its battery or could be loosing memo. You’ve got to wait a long time for checking since there is no service for leaving luggage before check in.

Lovely cozy and clean studio apartment

Cute apartment for a short stay with all amenities. Excellent location. Very good communication prior to and during stay.

Small issue with a faulty access code to access the apartment door which left me stranded outside the apartment and a lot of back and forth for about an hour due to language barrier as they tried to resolve the issue and generate a new code. I guess a technology glitch. Please check that access codes work before shutting the door and leaving the premises.

The room is well presented and in good condition it is close to the railway station,we were in Le Metal room which is on the ground floor, there are shutters on the windows which makes it fill a bit confined, it seems to be secure because there are 4 doors with access codes

I would like to receive the entry instructions earlier. I had just flown for 25 hours virtually non stop and on arrival I did not have wifi. I rang the owners who were helpful-but I had to buy wifi to get the instructions. 3 days before would really help for someone travelling from Australia.

Clean and climatised,but little space!

There are 3 studios in one common hall, which is not that intimate. And the washmachine is in the common hall, but was not big problem because no one used it except me i think . And the shower drain was sunk, so the time you take a shower and wash your hair, all water was on the floor in whole stdio!!! It should be fixed!!!! The air conditioner, is a portable AC, so it is veeeeryyyy noisy! But .... it's better than no AC at all

The doors are not good. When someone in the corridor lock or close their room, my room door was creating noise like someone is in knocking from outside. Advice:- Please fix the door tightly

日本人の旅行者には　ロケーションが微妙電子ケトルで茶葉を入れて使った方がいらした様で　そのままで洗われていなかった(その事を連絡したら　留守中に　部屋に入り掃除をしてくれたようですが　顔も知らない方が　簡単にアパートの部屋に入ってしまえることが怖い) 洗濯機があると聞いていましたが　8:00から20:00までしか使えないとの事で　観光客はその時間内ではなかなか使えない

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est propre, cosy et très bien sécurisé. L’équipe est réactive et répond rapidement à toutes les demandes. La literie est nickel, et la localisation est idéale, tout près de la gare. Je recommande vivement ! 🌟 La clim est un plus.

Studio mignon mais au rez-de-chaussée

Studio très propre et bien équipé. A 5 minutes de la gare La Part Dieu.

Odeur d’égout par la bonde de la douche . Climatiseur bruyant même en position nuit . Chambre au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue , difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte vu le bruit et le manque d’intimité , on voit les têtes des personnes sur le trottoir donc ils nous voient également. Codes donnés à 15h mais il faut attendre 16h pour avoir le droit de rentrer... autant donner les codes à 16h .

Les prestations sont de qualité et l'emplacement a proximité immédiate de la gare de Lyon Partdieu est parfaite. La literie est de très bonne facture. Je recommande cette location.

La ubicación es buena ya que está muy cerca de la estación y a partir de ahí es muy fácil conectarse con la ciudad. Cumple con todo lo necesario para una estadía en la linda Lyon.

Los espacios son reducidos. Hubiera estado bueno al menos un ventilador.
