Perfect location and affordable

Very close to the cool area of Lyon. Good cafes and wine bars around. Can walk to anywhere you need to go

Fix these small things. No one is going to steal toilet paper and coffee pods. update the mattress.

Location was good. Apartment itself was beautiful.

Make it a home. Put some decor in the main room. Nothing on the walls. Not much coffee pods, literally 2 small toilet paper rolls which last 2 days. Had to request for more. No one steals toiler paper rolls, just leave enough. The worst was the bed. Most uncomfortable bed. Found that it was a thin foam mattress and not a proper mattress. Apartment was fantastic but these small things spoilt the experience.

Great location, pleasant apartment with good facilities.

The location was fantastic, close to everywhere in Lyon that I wanted to go- Croix Rousse, old city etc. The apartment was clean, I was able to cook in the kitchen. The hosts were super responsive.

The guidance provided about accessing the apartment was confusing and not entirely accurate. Before arriving at the apartment, I had received 10 emails, some of which were duplicates, and others contained various pieces of information that I needed. There were separate emails for the street address, location of the apartment in the building, contact details for the hosts and accessing the front door and accessing the apartment. - it was really confusing. Also the information regarding the door key to my apartment was misleading - the emails indicated there were two options to access the room but one relied on having internet access. However, this was not possible for my apartment, as most of the time, there was no mobile coverage in the corridor where my apartment was. Also, the entrance area was not that nice, with the rubbish bins overflowing ( perhaps due a garbage strike the week before).

Perfect location

The location was excellent. The shower was nice and big. My room was the perfect size for one person. The small kitchen was a nice addition. I would totally stay there again. The neighborhood is lovely and filled with cute and trendy shops and cafes and restaurants.

Not the host's fault, but although the location is great, it's also close to bars and nightclubs. The room being on the ground/first floor, you can hear people on the streets going to or coming back from the clubs. You can hear every conversation. I could fall back asleep and didn't mind too much (I was jet lagged anyway), but a light sleeper might mind.

Wonderful stay in well-situated and comfortable apartment

The property was in a fantastic location with access to many eateries and coffee shops. Walking to Vieux Lyon was easy from this location. The apartment itself (Tete d’Or studio) was very modern, comfortable (with great air-conditioning), clean and spacious enough for two. Although it has a pull-out bed, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well-equipped.

There isn’t anything negative about this property. It was perfect for a 3-night stay.

Exceptional

There is a subway near the accommodation, so transportation is convenient, and there are many great restaurants near the square. The accommodation is comfortable and air-conditioned, so it's cool. In particular, the manager was very kind and took care of it in real time so that there was no shortage. If you visit again, I strongly recommend it any time.

Déçu

L'emplacement et la propreté du lieu

L'appartement est petit pour 4 personnes. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude pour plus de deux personnes. La porte entre les deux lits ne ferme pas. La porte de la salle de bain non plus alors que le lit donne littéralement sur les toilettes. Nous avons été vraiment déçu

Appartamento perfetto: proprietario gentilissimo, struttura in posizione strategica ideale sia per muoversi a piedi che con i mezzi (la metro è a pochi metri). Ambiente insonorizzato e luminoso, riscaldato e accogliente. Molto pulito.

Apartamento muy cómodo y bien situado.

Ubicación excelente, junto a un pequeño jardín y muy céntrico. Apartamento amplio y cómodo, con una cocina completa y un baño adecuado. Al lado de una parada de metro y con todos los servicios a un paso (supermercados, bares y restaurantes). Barrio muy popular y animado muy cerca de la plaza de la Opera y Ayuntamiento. Climatización eficaz y rápida.

No teníamos almohadas en la cama, solo dos cuadrantes. Seria bueno disponer de dos almohadas, además de los cuadrantes en la cama y algún cojin mas en el salón. En el baño falta un toallero y alguna percha para dejar la ropa y toallas. En la cocina solo había un trapo de limpieza.

Agradable apartamento muy céntrico en Lyon

La ubicación excelente, muy céntrico en la parte antigua de Lyon. El apartamento confortable y amplio para como son los apartamentos turísticos en Francia, normalmente muy pequeños.

El ruido callejero a altas horas de la madrugada. Las dos noches que nos hospedamos nos despertaron gente borracha, gritando por la calle. El apartamento necesitaría mejor aislamiento acústico. El sistema automatizado para entrar al apartamento es bastante farragoso. Es a través de una app del móvil. Sin el móvil es complicado entrar al alojamiento. No tiene llaves físicas.

Studio très chouette et bien placé

L'emplacement est proche des activités et pratique d'accès en métro. Le studio était joli, propre et bien équipé.

On entend craquer le parquet des voisins et aussi le bruit de la rue mais c'est une rue sans voiture. Rien de vraiment gênant.

Soggiorno perfetto

Monolocale molto accogliente e pulito, dotato delle stoviglie necessarie in cucina e della biancheria. Posizione ottima, a due passi dall'Opera de Lyon (fermata metro) e dal Museo delle B elle Arti. A 50 metri ci sono due market, boulangerie e farmacia. Lo staff molto disponibile anche se non incontrato di persona, mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie al soggiorno.

L'accesso all'edificio è un po' in salita su una strada pedonale. Io non ho avuto problemi ma da valutare se si hanno bagagli pesanti.

Sauberes neues Appartement in ruhiger guter Lage mit etwas Studentenwohnheim Charakter.

Sehr gute, ausgesprochen ruhige Lage, da ein Opernbesuch der Zweck unserer Reise war. Das Appartement ist ziemlich neu und ordentlich eingerichtet, wenn man davon absieht, dass kein Bett, sondern nur eine Ausziehcouch vorhanden ist, das man erst einmal herrichten muss. Küche und Badezimmer sind ordentlich und zweckmäßig.

Der Eingangsbereich zum Haus ist ziemlich unterirdisch. Irgendwie hatten wir den Eindruck, in einem Studentenwohnheim zu sein. Dazu tragen auch die groß an die Tür gehefteten Imperativen Verhaltensregeln bei. Dass man den Mist auch noch selber aus der Wohnung bringen muss, ist schon etwas ungewöhnlich. Ein Spiegel im Appartement wäre wünschenswert.

Tolle Lage, zentrumsnah und in einem Viertel mit vielen netten Cafés, Bars, Restaurants. Ruhig gelegen mit Blick in den Park.

Bel appart à Lyon mais laissez les fenêtres fermées en été!

Appartement récemment rénové, avec deux grandes fenêtres donnant sur un parc; les fenêtres sont au soleil au grande partie de la journée mais il y a la clim pour compenser. Salle de bains et cuisine fonctionnelles et modernes. Très bel emplacement; boulangerie, supermarchés, cafés et métro sont à moins de 200 mètres.

Le logement appartient à une société plutôt qu'à un individu et les communications sont très impersonnelles. Quand nous avons réservé, nous avons demandé s'il y avait un endroit pour mettre nos vélos en sécurité et nous avons eu une réponse... trois mois pus tard; la date d'annulation était évidemment dépassée. On nous a dit une journée avant l'arrivée qu'il y avait un «local vélo» au sous-sol, mais c'était plutôt un local poubelles ouvert à tout le monde, avec un seul poteau auquel fixer nos vélos. Décevant. D'autre part, la chambre de l'appart est à côté de la porte d'entrée, qui donne sur l'escalier et la porte extérieure de l'immeuble, laquelle se referme très bruyamment (apportez vos boules Quies). Les fenêtres donnent sur un petit parc mais quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes, on entend pas mal le bruit de la circulation sur la rue adjacente. Enfin, l'absence de moustiquaires aux fenêtres fait qu'après avoir laissé une fenêtre ouverte une heure durant la journée, nous avons été piqués de nombreuses fois par des bestioles volantes non identifiées lors des deux nuits suivantes.

Ottimi appartamenti per brevi e lunghi soggiorni in pieno centro.

Appartamenti centralissimi e molto luminosi. Angolo cottura ben attrezzato. Completamenti ristrutturati. Accesso alle camere tramite codici.

Nell'appartamento Opera, la camera da letto non è dotata nè di calefazione nè di condizionatore per cui l'ambiente è più fresco rispetto al salone e al bagno che sono invece ben riscaldati. Si necessiterebbe di qualche tovaglia in più per gli ospiti.

Água insuficiente para dois banhos quentes, o código para abrir a fechadura eletrônica não funcionou na chegada. A pessoa responsável pela manutenção, por sorte, estava na hora da nossa chegada e nos deu um código genérico para entrarmos no apartamento…

Charmant f1. Facile d’accès. Tout neuf, très propre, confortable. L’appartement donne sur une place arborée, très agréable. Le quartier est super, on se sent lyonnais croix-roussien instantanément 😀

Tout étant très correct, rien de négatif à signaler. En cas de soucis, la réactivité des hôtes est immédiate. Vraiment SUPER !!!

L’emplacement est parfait, à côté de l’hôtel de ville, plusieurs supérettes, bars et des endroits pour manger à proximité. Appartement très propre, cozy super confortable.

Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas mais on peut utiliser la clim pour chauffer la pièce.
