Great location and easy to get around on foot. There’s an excellent bakery just around the corner, which made breakfast incredibly easy and convenient every morning. The apartment is charming, cozy, well-equipped, and full of character. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.
The only minor issue was that the curtains could use a repair or adjustment.
This is not a criticism of the property itself. It is located in a vibrant neighborhood, which I personally enjoyed. However, it can get quite noisy in the evenings and at night, particularly with the windows open. Light sleepers may want to take this into consideration.

Très bon emplacement. Appartement de charme, d’une belle surface, ambiance canut. Bien équipé et très bien décoré.
Caution demandée importante. Elle n’est pas de 500 € comme indiqué dans le descriptif, mais de 800 € et débitée du compte.
