The apartment has an excellent location, es cozy, equipped with everything and spotless clean

The location is outstanding. Walking distance to eateries and plazas. The weather was very hot, and the apartment, in a beautiful old building, did not cope well with heat. The apartment is clean, beautifully appointed and was perfect for 3 adults on a short stay. Water pressure terrific and comfortable beds. WIFI works well. The owners were lovely and very communicative, they accomodated early check in for minimal fee.Recommend and would return :)

The single air conditioner is not enough to cope with extreme heat, likely the apartmnent would be perfect in Autumn or Spring. The TV is old fashioned, so no access to own streaming services;Whilst there was one portable fan for bedroom, under current summer conditions, 1 fan in each room would be fab!

The temperature in Lyon was very high when we arrived. Despite the heat, the apartment was very comfortable because the AC and a fan were already on to keep the space cool. This is an elegantly renovated, well-maintained, and very clean unit. Excellent for up to 4 people. Carine, the manager, provided excellent service, checking on us before arrival to ensure we have the information to enter. In addition, she was very responsible in answering any of my questions. I will definitely return to this apartment. It's in a great location within walking distance to main attractions. The unit faces a large courtyard in the back which makes it very quiet to rest.

I can't find anything negative.

Located near some good restaurants. Shower room was nicely fitted out with good water pressure. Host was very communicative.

Whilst the general location was good, the apartment door is right next to a tobacco shop which meant there were constantly undesirable people hanging outside the door which made us feel uneasy. The fit out looked good from afar but is poorly executed and not clean. Facilities are not as described with aircon not fully functioning, no clothes drying racks. There was also no lighting in the stairwell so we had to climb the stairs using our phone torch to light the way. Toilet had a constant horrible smell. Kitchen fit out was not fit for purpose with dishwasher door not able to open due to the oven door.
