My friend and I traveled for a conference and flight landed at midnight. We were able to arrange a late check very easily and we were contacted well in advance to arrange meeting time for handover of keys. The apartment was located in a lovely and safe area and was very clean and well equipped. There was a double bed and sofa bed (enough for two people) which was very handy.
Iron facilities were mentioned in the description however the iron was broken. Luckily we did not have any items needing ironed for the conference, however, would have been a major inconvenience if we did.

- The location is good, easy to reach from the train station.
- Quiet location.
- The apartment is well equipped and clean.
- The bed from the couch is very uncomfortable.
- Everything is done through the most annoying app/service called Welkeys and keeps on asking you to take photos upon arrival, when leaving, etc.
- Also we had to give a 800€ deposit through this app, and pay 10€ to leave this 800€ deposit...This was annoying (and also part of the Welkeys service).

Location. Clean.
Sofa bed was terribly noisy and we could not sleep well because of it. Needs to be replaced if you want to keep charging prime price.

Emplacement idéal (commerces, restaurants, transports en commun, parc de la Tête d'or). Bien équipé et complet. Présence de livres et jeux de société. Produits de cuisine utilisables. Ventilateurs bienvenus en ces temps de canicule.
Bruits de la rue car quartier de restaurants et bars et travaux de voisinage (pas de chance). La SDB est étroite. Toilettes serrées à cause de la porte. Quelques petites recommandations : des sacs poubelles en réserve à ajouter (où se trouve le bac pour le verre ?) et un torchon de plus. Enfin l'heure de départ de 10h est trop juste et une facturation supplémentaire pour un départ tardif d'une heure a dû être prise.
