Not good enough!

Location

Cleanliness is not negotiable. Cleaners did not do their job before we arrived. The smell of cigarettes was not acceptable. The dirt from the AC / heaters should be actioned. The apartment needs a deep clean and painting as a minimum.

Spacious apartment with helpful owners.

Owners responsive- answered questions within minutes. Near to train station. A little far from tourist sites but excellent public transport easily accessible. Spacious apartment.

L’appartement est spacieux et tout est fait pour être confortable

L’appartement est très bien situé, près de la gare, d’une pharmacie à quelques pas et un commerce à l’angle de la rue. Tout est fait pratique : les produits de base, le linge, les explications pour y accéder. Le salon/salle à manger est bien agencé.

Il mériterait un rafraîchissement dans la chambre avec les rideaux aux fenêtres qui n’ont pas d’utilité…

la résidence est très bien située et sécurisé. L'appartement est confort, très agréable à vivre.

l'emplacement de la résidence est idéal et accessible par les transports en commun. L'attribution de la clé est sécurisé comme l'accès à la résidence ainsi que l'utilisation de l'ascenceur.

Un bruit d'écoulement d'eau en goute à goute du chauffe eau est à surveiller. Le réfrigérateur est bancale, il bouge à l'ouverture/fermeture de la porte. Il faudrait le caler et le mettre à niveau sinon, cet appareil va s'user plus rapidement. La chambre est malheureusement situé coté rue, ce qui en fait un espace bruyant. Autre que le bruit de la rue, des bruits d'aération et de sifflements peuvent gâcher le sommeil. Quel dommage que la chambre soit l'espace le plus bruyant de l'appartement. Une notice d'utilisation du téléviseur serait judicieuse.

L’une de nos pires expériences sur Booking

- le fait que le gestionnaire facture 1 nuit sur les 3 annulées incluant les frais de ménage alors que l’appartement n’a pas été occupé… - Facturation à tort d’1 nuit alors que l’ascenseur était en panne - le manque de considération des clients de la part du gestionnaire de cet appartement qui ne remplit pas ses obligations (ascenseur en panne) mais qui facture sans scrupule et qui presse le client pour relouer immédiatement malgré les défaillances remontées.

Appartement absolument pas rénové, finitions à revoir, courant d'air glacial par les coffrages de rideaux, Odeur de cigarette en entrant dans l'appartement, matelas de la chambre en bloc de mousse (voir photo) mauvaise foi du loueur ! Au moment de partir, punaises de lit au niveau du canapé du salon !!
