The location was a walking distance from the nearest Train/Tram station that led to the airport. Easily accessble. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Collection of keys were a bit difficult first time but manageable with the instructions provided. Owner was very cooprative on call and able to communicate well in English.
No airconditioner especially for Hot summer days, Has a pedestal fan and windows need to be opened. That makes the room quite noisy from road traffic and people.

L’appartement est très bien situé, près de la gare, d’une pharmacie à quelques pas et un commerce à l’angle de la rue. Tout est fait pratique : les produits de base, le linge, les explications pour y accéder. Le salon/salle à manger est bien agencé.
Il mériterait un rafraîchissement dans la chambre avec les rideaux aux fenêtres qui n’ont pas d’utilité…

Location
Cleanliness is not negotiable. Cleaners did not do their job before we arrived. The smell of cigarettes was not acceptable. The dirt from the AC / heaters should be actioned. The apartment needs a deep clean and painting as a minimum.
