This completely renovated maisonette is located in an inner courtyard, on the first floor of a renovated residence, in a quiet one-way street, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu.
High-end equipment including: 160x200 cm bed, 55" LG HD TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror!

Casasol is an atypical maisonette of 38 m2 located on the first floor of a renovated residence, in an interior courtyard, quiet and far from any nuisance of the street.
It consists of a lower living space including kitchen and living room, plus the bathroom. The sleeping area is located on a large mezzanine accessible by a wide staircase.
The decoration of the apartment was entrusted to Création 511.
the style reflects the south and the sun thanks to materials such as rattan and oak wood, and dominant colours such as blue, terracota, beige and black.
Casasol has a well-equipped kitchen: decorative hood, 4-head induction hob, dishwasher, built-in microwave grill, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a large walk-in shower.
It also has a hairdryer and a magnifying illuminated mirror. A washing machine is also at your disposal for washing your clothes.
You have a cupboard/wardrobe at the entrance with storage space for your clothes and shoes.
The lighting is cocooning with rattan suspensions in the kitchen, LED markings for the stairs, and a garland on the mezzanine.
