Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), a balcony and a garage. With its bright, modern décor and warm atmosphere, Le cinquième ciel is the ideal place to set down your suitcases for a business trip or visit the capital of gastronomy for a few days.

- An open-plan fully-equipped kitchen: central island (3 burners), cooker hood, table with 4 chairs, electric kettle, oven, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160*200), wardrobes, courtyard view, manual curtains
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160*200), wardrobes, hanging space, view of inner courtyard, manual curtains.
- Large bathroom: walk-in shower, large washbasin, heated towel rail.
- Separate WC with small washbasin.
Outside:
- A full-length balcony overlooking the street, with a table and 4 chairs.
The flat is ideally located in Villeurbanne, in the skyscraper district, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
