Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this apartment to families and couples. The host was very attentive from check-in to check-out. Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet, and the train station was only a 10-minute walk away. What I especially appreciated were the pristine towels and sheets. The kitchenware, including dishes and cutlery, was more than adequate. The refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine were all brand new and clean. Thanks again to the host.

Great value and location, friendly and helpful hosts.

Very convenient location, about 10 minutes walk from the central train station, with a supermarket right downstairs if you need any groceries. The property manager most kindly allowed me in early to drop off my luggage -- very grateful for their flexibility, compromise, and responsiveness! The gentleman they sent, Pierre, was most patient and thorough in explaining the apartment, facilities, access, and how to get settled in. The provision of a welcome kit was also greatly appreciated, and a wonderful touch and attention to detail. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped for the stay, and the property manager was most helpful and responsive with addressing any queries I had.

Nothing in particular, I was very satisfied with my stay. There was some minor confusion on how to operate the heated towel rack, but it wasn't a big issue.

It’s a family trip

It’s close to the train station, bus stops, Lidl. The apartment is equipped quite well in kitchen and bathroom.

The slide door is broken on one side, a little bit dangerous for kids.

Apartment was fine. Reception was dreadful.

Was appalled. We arranged to meet at 4.30 and arrived at 4.15. At quarter to 6 we left to find a hotel after standing in a blazing sun for that time at the door. I contacted the 3 numbers we had and all were unobtainable, we decided we had been scammed. I tried messaging one last time from a bar and got a response. Someone arrived 10 mins later. We were beyond furious and disgusted with the service provided.

Studio calme, propre, idéalement placé à côté de la Part-Dieu, avec un accueil excellent. Parfait

L'accueil de Théodore, l'emplacement idéal en plein cœur de Lyon à 2 pas de la gare de la Part-Dieu avec un supermarché en bas pour faire quelques courses en arrivant. Super pratique. Place de parking dans le sous-sol de l'immeuble. Studio au calme (donne sur la cour intérieure de l'immeuble), très bien équipé, propre.

Excellent séjour à Lyon

L'appartement est bien décoré et propre, assez spacieux et bien située. Tout y est pour passer un bon séjour. Une personne est venue nous accueillir même tard dans la soirée et a vraiment été sympathique et chaleureuse, c'était une excellente rencontre ( Merci Habib pour l'accueil ! ) avec ses nombreux conseils et sa bonne humeur, ce fût agréable et instructif pour notre séjour à Lyon

Ce n'est pas grand chose mais il manque des rideaux, heureusement qu'il y a des volets mais c'est dur d'avoir le soleil et de l'intimité. Tout le reste était bien

Genialna lokalizacja w samym centrum Lyon, ale na tyle oddalona od głównych ulic, że panuje tam absolutna cisza. Spacerem można dotrzeć do stacji tramwajowej Gare Part Dieu, skąd można dostać się np. na lotnisko. Mieszkanie znajduje się na drugim piętrze i jest wyposażone we wszystko, czego potrzeba do dłuższego pobytu, czyli w pełni wyposażona kuchnia z kuchenką mikrofalową, zmywarką i płytą indukcyjną. W łazience jest duża pralka, a korytarzu są dwie duże szafy we wnękach. Jak widać na zdjęciach tego obiektu, w części salonu jest rozkładana kanapa dla dwóch osób, a w części sypialnianej jest duże dwuosobowe łóżko z bardzo wygodnym materacem. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone w klimatyzację, więc to znaczący plus biorąc pod uwagę, że większość mieszkań raczej tego nie ma. Idealna miejscówka dla 2 dorosłych z dwojgiem dzieci. Bardzo miła obsługa obiektu z bezproblemowym kontaktem. Dodatkowym atutem jest sklep Lidl, który znajduje się na parterze, więc można zrobić zakupy spożywcze. Gorąco polecam.

清潔狀況很糟，桌面及門把上都有手印，淋浴間也相當的不乾淨，廚房煮出來的水煮沸後上層還浮著一層東西，並且三人住四晚但備品只有一晚上的量。

الموقع الجغرافي كان جيد جداً

مجرد وجود مرآب كان جيداً جداً ولكن للأسف ممرات المرآب ضيقة جداً بالإضافة إلى وجود مياه ليست نظيفة وراكدة طوال الوقت تحت اقدامنا ونحن نركب سيارتنا أو ننزل منها. وهذا المشكلة لا بد من ازالتها لأنها تسبب ضرر بالغ على ملابسنا وعلى انوفنا وعلى سيارتنا أيضاً.

يقع خلف السكن شارع حيوي وقريب من مركز التسويق ( 10 دقائق مشي فقط) وقريب من محطات المواصلات العامه واقرب محطه 5 دقائق مشي على الاقدام والمنطقة هادئة جداً وتحت المسكن يوجد سوق أغذية وسوبرماركت فيه جميع الاحتياجات

Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει από είδη κουζίνας ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος για την διαμονή, παρότι δεν τα χρησιμοποιήσαμε. Είναι ένα ικανοποιητικά καλά ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα.

Η καθαριότητα ήταν ελλιπής, η βεράντα δεν είχε καθαριστεί καθόλου, ούτε τα τζάμια και τα εξωτερικά ρολά, το ένα ρολό δεν λειτουργούσε, είχε σπασμένο λουρί με αποτέλεσμα να μην ανεβαίνει και το παράθυρο να μην έχει φως. Στον καναπέ υπήρχαν σεντόνια στρωμένα που δεν είχαν αλλαχθεί και το χαλάκι του μπάνιου που υπήρχε ήταν ήδη χρησιμοποιημένο χωρίς να υπάρχει διαθέσιμο κάποιο άλλο στην ντουλάπα. Η είσοδος στο διαμέρισμα επίσης μη καθαρή όπως και το χαλάκι απέξω από την πόρτα. Το γραφειάκι στο δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό. Το μπάνιο μύριζε μούχλα και δεν υπήρχε καν ένα καλωσόρισμα για την πρώτη ημέρα με μικρό σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο. Θα έπρεπε να υπήρχαν περισσότερα μαξιλάρια ύπνου διαθέσιμα.
