Very good location in the city. Walking-distance to everything in Lyon. Beautiful wellkept apartment with high ceilings, balcony with a good view to Saône, modern decor. The beds were also nice. Soundproof doors/windows (only a bit noise in the weekend from the street; but that’s expected when you stay in the city). Supermarkets, pizza, bakery and so on just outside. Very friendly and welcoming host, good communication online and in person- also gave us recommendations for restaurants. We had a good stay, thank you Evelyne!

This property is BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and thoughtfully decorated in period style. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Balcony was super nice for sitting in the sun and people watching.

The property has many minor problems that seem to not get fixed by the owner. Share toilet door does not shut, but all door have problems, one shower doesn’t drain properly. Kitchen stools broken, heating and cooling has a mind of its own.
