super schön eingerichtet, sehr hochwertig und mit viel Geschick und Geschmack. Sehr sauber. Kaffeemaschine war vorhanden und Pads lagen bereit. Ventilator war gold wert. Alles Super. Würde ich auch meinen Freunden empfehlen.
Außenfassade schreckt beim ersten Betreten etwas ab, Zugang nur über Treppen möglich, bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur fehlte evtl. eine Klimaanlage, war aber trotzdem erträglich.

Emplacement parfait pour un concours aux Lazaristes (à 30m). Appartement parfaitement équipé, confortable.
Accès avec beaucoup de marches dans la rue. Il donne sur rue ou cour intérieure (sombre). La ventilation est très bruyante.
