Globalement l'appartement est OK et fonctionnel, et il est bien placé.
Nous n'avons personnellement pas aimé que l'entrée directe et les fenêtres donnent directement sur la route, de plein-pied, ce que je n'avais pas vu dans le descriptif. Dans la chambre il y a une porte-fenêtre, qui donne directement sur la cour intérieure = poubelles de l'immeuble. Vraiment pas glam, et pas terrible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte alors que n'importe qui peut entrer... Mais certains s'en accommoderont, et le prix est correct.
