It was close to everything.
Wasnt so clean as it should be (floors, walls).
There is a pub downstairs, so weekends will be really noisy til the early morning.
Didnt know I have to pay deposit (300€) to get entrance information.

Very central in Lyon, very clean. Shower was super good, wooden floors, big rooms, iron, ironing board, kettle, TV, good WIFI - overall a good experience.
Nothing to complain for the price - we stayed 4 nights with only 2 people and it was half the price of the local hotels.
