Check in process is confusing. It’s clear once you’ve done it, but very confusing before hand. It was not clear this wasn’t a hotel. You’re given codes to a lockbox for your key. You enter the code and door opens with your key And your room name flashes briefly on a screen then vanishes. If you miss it - u don’t know what room you’re in!?! They could improve this process. But great Rooms!!

Ligging was erg goed, het appartement was ruim, heel schoon en netjes.

Het nachtelijke geluid van de stad is vooral op vrijdag en zaterdag zeer goed te horen. Hiervoor heb je oordoppen nodig. Verder zou een waterkoker handig zijn.

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, in a great location, a short walk to the old town.

The drain in the shower was blocked. Despite notifying, the problem wasn’t rectified. Disappointingly our apartment didn’t have a toaster or drying rack (there was a dryer, however we wanted to hang up washing that couldn’t go in a dryer). Despite the great location and soundproof windows, we did experience one very noisy night, being woken at 1am by vehicles continuously blaring their horns, revving motorbikes and people shouting on the streets below. This went on for about 3 hours!

Terrible. Asked a month in advance re early check in. Got NO response. ON the day paid 40 euro still couldn't get in. Stuck outside until what they said was 2pm . Just a heads up check in at the 5pm then just hope that the room is clean and it wasn't. Then there are building works the place shouldn't be rented when renovations are going on. Great at night but usable during the day. The host was totally non responsive. Think she responded when we found a cleaner that was less than a great clean. Old toiletries left in the room and the bed not really sure it was all cleaned as marks on the bed linen.

Communicate. We also couldn't put the keys back in the lock box so we left them on the table. Tried again to contact the host and NO reply
