Check in process is confusing. It’s clear once you’ve done it, but very confusing before hand. It was not clear this wasn’t a hotel. You’re given codes to a lockbox for your key. You enter the code and door opens with your key And your room name flashes briefly on a screen then vanishes. If you miss it - u don’t know what room you’re in!?! They could improve this process. But great Rooms!!

Super zentrale Lage
Kein direkter Ansprechpartner bei Probleme. Wenn dann jemand antwortet, dann nur in Textform, und ist überhaupt nicht hilfreich! Anstatt gezielt auf die Fragestellung einzugehen, wird auf die zugesendeten Informationen verwiesen. Mein Fazit: Sehr kompliziert, und extrem teuer. Mit einem Übernachtungspreis von ca. 170€ gibt es genügend Alternativen.
