Manque un peu de propreté et de fenêtre mais pas dérangeant pour un court séjour

The location was ok.

The property look nothing like the photos. The posted photos were very deceiving making the apartment look much more appealing. It’s seems to display an outdoor patio that’s actually indoors. When we arrived the cleaning lady was still there at 5:30 pm. Didn’t speak or understand English and wasn’t doing much. The property was left filthy. Fridge, coffee maker and counters were dirty. There was 1/5 roll of toilet paper for 6 of us. My Daughter and grandkids were so disgusted they left and had to book another hotel due to the over all cleanliness. There are only two toilets in the apartment smaller than a closet. When you close the door it’s in your face. There are no windows with natural light The owner did come quickly and attempted to clean the apartment but its was still bad. He offered no compensation for the appearance, even when he saw my family leaving for another hotel. The beds were average at best. They advertise air conditioning but there is one unit at the front of the apartment. It’s a 5 bedroom apartment. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms but the apartment was never cool enough for us. They had air fresheners going off all night making a lot of noise
