De locatie was buitengewoon gunstig. Het appartement was ruim en de keuken was behoorlijk goed uitgerust. De communicatie met de host was prima.

Het appartement was niet zo goed onderhouden, met niet sluitende of ontbrekende deuren en aan de inrichting was niet zoveel aandacht besteed.

Excellent location everywhere walkable. Great host. Everything you need in the apartment.

We appreciated that the apartment had useful kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher and washing machine — these were definitely a plus for our stay. Vladimir, who handed us the keys on the first day, was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated his warm welcome.

However, beyond Vladimir, there was no further support. We were not given a phone number, and all communication was limited to booking.com, which felt very inconvenient — especially if something urgent had come up. Most frustratingly, the toilet seat was completely broken during our entire stay. Although we informed the host and were promised that it would be fixed, no action was taken. Leaving a basic hygiene issue unresolved for the duration of a stay is simply unacceptable. While the apartment might be suitable for a small family (up to 3 people), it’s not ideal for groups. None of the interior doors close properly, there’s no sink in the toilet area, and the space lacks privacy. The location is great, but the apartment does not live up to its price — mainly due to the host’s lack of follow-through and attention to basic issues.
