Enjoyable, I would rent this property again.

It was in the heart of Old Lyon city which was amazing. Walking distance to almost everything we needed.

Nothing really, there was no air conditioning but the nights cooled off and it was manageable.

Central, beautifully characterful apartment

Beautifully characterful apartment in the heart of the old town of Lyon. Perfectly placed for public transport and a couple of minutes walk to many bars and restaurants and museums. Marie was quick to respond to the problem accessing the apartment upon arrival.

Slight problem accessing the apartment due to missing keys so we wasted an hour waiting around after having paid extra for an early check-in, however Marie was quick to reply to our phone call and to get someone over to the apartment as quickly as possible. So it was sorted within the hour.

Short stay Lyon is very beatiful city.

Nice location , walking distance to bridges restorants , spaceful place , 2 bathrooms

2. Floor hard to walk up the stairs, either the suitcases. Masterbedroom bed is very comfortable but The small room the bed was very uncomfortable they should have changed the matress otherwise it is only one bed for couples if it says 3 or 4 people can stay the bed should be a real bed.

Centralissimo

L’appartamento é carino, si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore di un edificio antico ed é ristrutturato. Gli scalini comunque non sono troppi e non sono ripidi. Appena entrati, sulla destra del corridoio si trova una stanza con letto matrimoniale , lavandini, doccia (in stanza) e wc (quest’ultimo a parte in un altro locale separato da porta). Proseguendo nel corridoio si arriva all’ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, grande tv e divano. Da qui si accede ad un altro bagno completo chiuso da porta e unica pecca la seconda stanza é di fatto un cubo di vetro che, insomma, per una famiglia va benissimo, come é stato per noi, ma per due coppie che viaggiano offre poca privacy. A parte questo, di fatto é come se fossero due appartamenti in uno con cucina in comune. La posizione é perfetta, vicino alla funicolare, alla metro e alla cattedrale di San Jean. L’host é stato molto gentile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e richieste.

Le luci delle scale non funzionanti, il pavimento un pó sconnesso nel corridoio all’ingresso, tanti angoli in giro ( per chi ha un bambino piccolo é un pó pericoloso) e la mancanza di un armadio (ce n’é solo uno piccolino nella prima stanza). La culla purtroppo era un pó rotta e non si apriva del tutto.

L’emplacement etait parfait Beaucoup de charme quant au logement.

La propreté des salles de bain, moisissures au niveau des joints . Porte de la chambre du salon qui ne ferme pas à cause du lit . Prise dénudée dans cette chambre.

Cómodo, bonito, bien situado.Recomendable

ubicación muy céntrica. Es un primer puso con lo que si no tienes problemas de movilidad no es costoso aunque sea con equipaje. Edificio antiguo que asusta al entrar al portal pero mejora considerablemente al entrar en el apartamento.

El habitáculo que está en el salón no se puede considerar una habitación, es una cama dentro de una mampara con cortinas, es demasiado pequeña, se nota que es una solución posterior para aumentar la capacidad del alojamiento.

Gut gelegene FeWo mit vielen Mängeln

Größe und Lage der FeWo sind gut. Trotz zentraler Lage in der Altstadt recht ruhig. Kurzparken in der Nähe der Wohnung zum Ein- und Ausladen möglich. Parken in der Nähe allgemein sehr teuer.

Betten sehr hart, Wasserdruck schlecht, Couch unbequem, WLAN ist langsam und mehrfach ausgefallen, Backofen hat nicht funktioniert, Bäder mangelhaft gemacht, lockere Steinplatten im Flur. Die Wohnung sieht stylisch aus hat aber viele Schönheitsfehler, Z.B. fehlen an den Schubladen Griffe zum Öffnen, das Wasser läuft aus der Dusche raus usw.

L'emplacement est idéal, chambre parental superbe.

Peu de produit ménager, verrière intenable pour y dormir nous avons dû déplacer le matelas dans le salon. Porte du frigo cassé, tiroir cassé, brique qui s'effrite et dalles au sol cassée.

Bel emplacement et caractère mais à éviter en période de chaleur

Récupération clefs OK. Messages clairs. Grand appartement. Bon emplacement dans le vieux Lyon avec accès voiture si besoin.

Appartement avec du caractère mais trop d'imperfections par rapport au prix demandé. Bien trop chaud en pleine nuit et finitions peu soignées alors que cet appartement dispose d'un vrai potentiel. Je suggère aux propriétaires d'y passer 2 ou 3 nuits et d'apporter les améliorations indispensables à ce bel appt.

Très bien pour un court séjour

Pour ceux qui aiment les centres historiques et les vieux bâtisses, cet appartement est situé en plein Vieux Lyon, avec le charme de l’ancien. Il est situé dans une rue calme, donc les nuits sont tranquiles. Lits confortables. Ideal pour un court séjour.

Pas assez de linge de maison. Vous recevez un drap de bain par personne, assez petit, et rien d’autre. Pas d’essuie mains dans les wc…. et aucune linge de rechange sans les armoires (draps, essuis ou couvertures). Pour un appartement noté 4 étoiles c’est très pauvre.

Außergewöhnliches Appartement in einer wundervollen Stadt

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super, direkt neben der Funiculaire und eine Strasse oberhalb der Cathedrale St. Jean Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unkompliziert über Zugangscodes

nur Kleinigkeiten, zb dass es nur 2 Doppelbetten gibt und unsere 5. Person auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer übernachten musste (hat ihn nicht gestört) Eine Beschreibung, wie der Herd funktioniert, wäre hilfreich. Sonst alles top

Parfait pour découvrir Lyon!

L'espace de vie, la cuisine, l'emplacement de l'appartement à proximité de tout, c'était moderne et très comfortable.

La télévision ne fonctionne pas car la télécommande n'est pas compatible. Pas grave...Nous avons passé notre temps à découvrir le vieux Lyon et la ville. Et en rentrant nous avons préféré de jouer des jeux de société en famille à la grande table. Très agréable!

Camp de base premium au centre du vieux lyon

La déco soignée et de caractère, la cuisine équipée, la réactivité des hôtes et l'emplacement excellent pour un short break à Lyon !

La " Chambre" du séjour, sans rideau, la douche sans porte et donc l'eau qui ruissselle au sol, le bruit des frigos du restaurateur le soir, dans la chambre !
