This 42 m² apartment is recently renovated and is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator access) of a very secure building.
Located in the heart of the city with many attractions close by, this apartment is offers comfort and convenience for up to 2 guests.
Inside the flat, you'll enjoy all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, fresh towels and bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime.
You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The 6th arrondissement, a real Lyon lung with its Park and zoo. It is often described as the most chic district of Lyon with wide avenues (Boulevard des Belges, Rue Duquesne, Avenue Foch ...) lined with beautiful buildings and mansions with a view of the Parc de la Tête d'Or. It is also a shopping district, mainly around Cours Vitton.
Train station Part Dieu : 10 minutes walk
Tram line T4 and T3
Many buses to go everywhere in the city
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

Wonderful apartment. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, which was very important for us, is equipped with everything we need. Everything that is in the apartment made our stay in Lyon very comfortable and of course the convenient location.

very good location, the car remained in the garage throughout the stay. A very friendly person was waiting for us at the entrance to the parking lot.

Location très confortable pour 3 ou 4 personnes, au 3ème étage d'un immeuble calme avec garage et sécurisé.
Proche de la station de métro cette location permet un rayonnement très facile dans toute la ville
