A very nice apartment, well located, in a rundown building.

The apartment itself is really nice, comfy and cute. The building is somewhat run down, in some places it smells bad, and one has to carry the suitcases up lots of stairs. There is no automatic light which turns on at night on the very dark staircase, which is strange and dangerous.

Although the apartment is very nice overall, the shower stall on the ground floor has a problem, the water flows out. The building is run down. In some places in the staircase going up to the apartment, it smells bad. There is no lighting on the staircase at night, which makes it dangerous in terms of tripping and falling. One has to carry the suitcases up three flights of steep, unlit, dark steps - the building could sure use some new painting and an elevator!

Disappointing

The apartment was sizable enough for a family or group of friends. Decorated in a fun style.

We had no towels and no direction on how to turn on the heat. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning.

Decor was great, and that’s it.

apartment listed as having air conditioning, it had one tiny portable one, which is clearly not enough in the peak of summer - plus the window had to be open for the tube of the portable air conditioning machine. there are also LOTS of uneven stairs, so I suggest to pack lightly if you wish to stay here. the bedrooms are also extremely small (normal for France).

Good

Modern and well situated, really good position in the city. Nicely decorated. Facilities like coffee machine, cooker, fridge. Well equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable. Showers good strength/power.

The en suite rooms are not really en suite - there are no toilets in the bedrooms (there are two toilet cubicles that join onto the lounge directly. The apartment is quite noisy at night due to street noise. The twin room (up the stairs) is not a full height room, so you have to crouch in there. The cups in the cupboard were not very clean when we arrived so all needed to be recleaned.

Cracking apartment, close to central Lyon - just keep the noise down.

The apartment was awesome. Nicely decorated, if a bit quirky. Host's communication was prompt and informative. Good coffee machine!

A couple of things were broken - blind in 1x bedroom and tile in 1x bathroom - not a major issue, but aesthetically it stood out. The most challenging part was the noise - the walls and roof are so thin, that even having a quiet game of cards of evening promoted a visit from the (very friendly and understanding) neighbours. The apartment would be fine for day-goers, but anyone who plans to stay up much beyond 9, out of respect for the neighbours, may wish to stay elsewhere. Proper aircon and ironing board would have been welcomed.

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé et calme

Le deuxième étage / mezzanine est assez bas de plafond — à avoir en tête pour les personnes de grande taille. Egalement, l’appartement n’est pas accessible pour des personnes à mobilité réduite (3e étage sans ascenseur).

Decue

Reactif (une seule fois malheureusement) suite à un soucis çà l'arriver (une prise à nue dans la salle de bain très dangereuse) et pas de shampoing alors que mentionné. Ils sont venus dans la journée.

-Insonorisation terrible on s’entend d’une chambre à l’autre -1 seul clé (pour 7 c’est compliqué) -Pas d’interphone, il faut descendre les 2 etages à chaque fois pour ouvrir aux autres -Congélateur qui ne fonctionne pas, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec de la glace liquide pour Noël -Injoignable malgrè les 2 numeros mentionnés -nous avait prévenu d'une planche de parquet abimé, nous nous sommes retrouvé avec un TROU au milieu du couloir. - Sans réponse de leur part depuis la fin de notre séjour, je suis toujours en attente d'un retour.

Un excellent séjour avec de petites améliorations à apporter pour que cela soit parfait !

Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait au coeur de Lyon

Il manquait une porte de douche dans une salle de bains => inondation au sol assurée ! Le personnel est joignable mais étranger : il ne sait pas ce qu'est un interphone. Il manque une photo de l'interphone pour éviter de monter et descendre les 3 étages très hauts à parcourir pour ouvrir la porte aux invités ;-)

hébergement très sympa, décoration très sympa, confortable, cuisine et salon très convivial.

Les clés sont données par le caissier de la superette en bas de l'appartement en échange d'un ode reçu via la messagerie booking, c'est très simple, il faut juste arriver aux heures ouvrables du Vival
