La situation géographique. La propreté, la dimension des espaces, le soin apporté à la décoration. La bienveillance de l’hôte qui a essayé de proposer des solutions en période de canicule. Le garage voiture.
Le manque d’ascenseur pour un 4em étage, acheminement des bagages plus difficile. La position sous le toit est compliquée quand les températures sont élevées car il n’y a pas de climatisation, les ventilateurs disponibles dans chaque pièce ne suffisent pas à faire baisser la température.
