Excellent stay. Well worth the visit for the views alone. Dining options were great (albeit pricey) but would stay again in a heartbeat. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly

Beautiful stay in a very special location. One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel. My only criticisms are the uncomfortable blocky foam sofa in the room and lack of tea/coffee making in room. Had to go to the lounge at the end of the corridor and it was messy and unstocked from the day before. However, all in all a great, romantic stay. Staff were great and the view was out of this world

Great stay, very nice and friendly staff who took great care of us. We were taking part in Engading ski marathon and needed to get to the start area early in the morning. The hotel organized an extra funicular ride and had breakfast bags ready for us which was just great. Beautiful location, spectacular views, good restaurant and nice and clean rooms.

What an incredible spot for a hotel! Highly recommended for the stunning views and excellent high alpine hiking directly from the hotel. We did the beautiful circular 2 hike up to the Lej Murgl lake in the late afternoon with no one around, we saw loads of Marmots everywhere and exceptional views! Really easy to access the hotel with regular trains to St. Moritz, Glacier Express and Bernina Express connections too. The included funicular is amazing and the room was super comfortable with great views! The included breakfast was lovely and high quality including smoked salmon etc with gorgeous views from the restaurant. Highly recommended, I'll be back!

Amazing stay with incrwdible views. We came in latr and the front dest stayed up and fixed us a food tray in case we were hungry. We left before breakfast and they also fixed a lunch for us to take. Very acxomodating and a great shower!

This place was amazing- one of the best views I have ever seen of the Engadin Valley at night and during the day. The food was excellent and the funicular made it so unique! On top of that the 4 km sledge ride was so much fun!! I would come back here in a minute! Every detail was excellent!!

Just a lovely place, really helpful staff, very good breakfast and the pictures and location should sell the rest! Check directions before going if coming back in the dark via Punt Muragl Staz station.

Spectacular outlook at this mountain top hotel makes for a special occasion. Hotel itself is quite modern with self opening doors and lifts for all floors (very Swiss). Restaurant staff are a little disengaged and have to be lassoed to gain attention and seem bemused at the concept of having a beer and snack during the afternoon. Bedding pillows were basically a fistful of feathers shoved into a pillowcase and were very uncomfortable. Otherwise a unique experience staying at 2500m above sea level

We went there for the views and it wasn't disappointing. It was expensive at the hotel but you were on top of a mountain in Switzerland so we were expecting to pay more. The hotel was very clean and staff couldn't do enough for you. Well worth every penny!

Small hotel reached by funicular fantastic location feels like top of the world views fabulous staff so helpful and happy room was very very clean and modern no fridge but as snow was half way up our window I could put milk outside window in snow (it froze but did not go off). Food very well presented. Did not like the fact that you don't get a kettle but this is quite common in Switzerland so I took a travel kettle. Wish there had been a short lesson or instruction on use of toboggin as run very fast steep many hair pin bends and long (exhausting when you keep crashing) 4.2km
