We had issues with finding the right building as the address we received took us somewhere else but when we contact the property owner he quickly call us back and guided us to the right location.

Never again - stay away from this apartment!!!

The view of the sea was nice.

We had to leave the apartment because the beds and linens were dirty. The bed sheets were full of hair and dirt, as if they had been used by someone before our arrival. When we opened one of the sofa beds, it revealed old trash—including McDonald’s containers and even a vape—which was extremely unhygienic (see photos). The sofa bed frame was also bent and not sitting properly on the floor. Additionally, the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken. One of the bathrooms had a very strong, unpleasant odor—similar to cat urine—that could not be ventilated. The host insists that the apartment was perfectly clean and once we provided pictures asking for refund he does not communicate. The host in an effort not to receive a bad review indicated, that we were never there (no show). We had to find an alternative accommodation in the last minute as we planned to stay in this apartment for 2 nights.

Provided exactly what we needed

Views across the Forth despite being a bit grey outside were great to sit and have a cuppa. It was very quiet area and only a 10 minute walk from the tram stop. There was a bus stop closer, but the tram was more convenient for where we were going. Plenty of space and plenty of showers to choose from too! Plenty of utilities in the kitchen if you were staying for longer periods.

The TV remote was broken, but not a big issue as we weren't really there to watch TV anyway.

Relaxing, refreshing and overall lovely would definitely come again.

The views are amazing from all rooms, there was a lot of space and plenty of bathrooms for my family, local was good not too far from Edinburgh in an uber, I was able to go on a morning run next to the harbour so that was lovely

Nothing in particular, the kitchen appliances were a little dated however still fully functional overall no concerns

Amazing and quiet view, super clean apartment with proper instructions. Missed the dishwasher. Otherwise all perfect. Good for family or group of friends.

So far okay.

The size is good. The view is nice and we could see sunset and the ocean.

I read some reviews before I booked, and found some issues mentioned by previous guests were not improved. For example, both tumble dryers were not hot, one of the toilets got smell, the window glasses were not cleaned so the seaview was not clear, one of the bath areas was blocked and water run out slowly. The host may check the reviews and made necessary repairs.

Nice location but a few things for owner to rectify to make it a property we would return to

Location was good and parking outside on street easy

Tumble Dryer did not dry clothes and no Clothes rack to dry clothes. No racks in the oven and no oven gloves. Some mould in bathroom and behind kitchen sink. Only one person can be in a shower as water pressure drops drastically as soon as a seconds shower is used. A locked cupboard in kitchen gave it a feel of someone’s home who temporarily moved out

Very disappointing.

Location & parking the elevator when it was working. The view.

Unable to use the oven as there were no oven racks. The ceiling extraction fan in the shower room was hanging out of the ceiling and making a lot of noise. The shower and bath drains are partially blocked and require cleaning. The rubbish bin has no lid. The apartment is small and compact and way over priced.

Great Edinburgh experience

I like the experience I had with my family at this place that is well equipped and was provided with eveb little things you might need like complementary coffee and tee and cooking spices and appliances. Shampoo,soap, and clean towels were provided. The scenery around the place are out of the world. The check in process was super easy. It felt commie and safe. It has 3 bathrooms and t bedrooms with 2 Queens and 2 individuals. The living and kitchen were great

No other place would have been better

Loved the location, the rotating couch near the window is the best pick. All rooms and kitchen well organised. Had everything we needed including wine glasses. Spacious. Very good communication

The exhaust fan in one of the room bathroom make very loud noise when turned on. Not a big deal, just spoils the fun of enjoying nice shower. There should be more white lights available in the living room.

The flat is pretty new but could be better prepared for guests.

The shower area in one of the bedrooms was congested., so the water hardly flowed away. The shower gel and shampoo were not refilled, so I hardly twisted the liquid out of the bottle. Also, the toilet tissue doesn't have a container but was instead placed on the top of toilet, which made it hard to tear off a piece.

Great apartment with a wonderful view

The Apartment has a wonderful view towards the harbor basin. We could watch different ships and could listen to the waves in the night. The bed was comfy and the sofa was really comfy too.

A home away from home:)

I would highly recommend this flat for your stay. I am sure to book it again. Clean, comfortable and cosy Spacious property with sleeping space for 5 or 6 people Waterfront 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms Wardrobe space Lots of character/aesthetics - supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice little touches And a super responsive host:)

Its not that I did not like it. Unfortunately the previous occupant had switched off the hot water (switch in the boiler cupboard which is my the entrance door). I ended up taking a cold shower as I had not checked whether the water was hot or not. Wing was responsive and apologised for this and advised me what to do next. I had hot water within 20 mins.

This is a great place to stop for a night, or stay for a while.

Lovely views out to see from our particular apartment. Big supermarket really close by. Plenty of parking. It was also quiet, well-furnished and modern. Simon, our host, in particular was INCREDIBLY responsive to enquiries, and the photos he provided of the check-in process were extremely helpful.

Great place to stay

I like the fact that it faces both the sea and the greens. The owner is very responsive which I like. Upon reaching, ask the owner the exact unit number as the unit number is not accurate as online. I think it is good somehow as there is security in it.

One of the bathrooms in one of the bedrooms has clogged drainage. It did not affect us though and we requested the owner to settle it only after we left as I am not comfortable with people coming in during our stays. As there are 3 toilets, therefore, it did not really affect much. Although it is clogged, the bathroom is actually still usable.owner said that he will check. The water heater needs to be run for awhile before I can have warm water for shower. I think it is common in cold countries.

I have been travelling to Edinburgh for 18 years to visit family and I must say this apartment is now my top favourite! It has the most beautiful and gorgeous views of the ocean! Being well positioned to the edge of the development (the last building) - it has the best views of the ocean from all bedrooms, living room and kitchen! I will definitely be back and bring my son and grandchildren to enjoy the apartment together. The apartment also has everything you need for an enjoyable and peaceful stay - the host is also very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back soon again.

Breakingtaking views of the North Sea Ocean and exceptional customer service from the host!

Fantastic apartment with top appliances and 3 full-sized toilets. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home. The host was very kind and patient - ensured checked-in ok after a very late flight. Bottled drinking water was also provided. I must mention that this home has really amazing sea views - unforgettable sunset experience in the living room. There are lots to offer from the TV entertainment system with plenty streaming options.

The apartment had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
