Please note for the future, small recommendations to the owner - bed sheet was still wet and some smell. Need to be properly dried and ironed.

A very pleasant stay

The apartment was very cosy and well equipped. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was also perfectly equipped, and there was even a coffee machine with capsules ready to use. The apartment was close to a Tesco supermarket and a bus and tram stop (which we used most often to get to the city centre). David from Amazing Apartments was helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect Apartment if you are travelling woth Family

Apartment was spacious , very clean , well maintained and with all the required facilities. All the bed rooms , linens and mattresses were neatly kept Loved the kitchen setup and all the essentials required for it - my highlight was coffee machine ❤️

Very comfortable, well-equipped, convenient and clean!

The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. We had a toddler with us so we got to see a lot of the apartment at floor level, including under sofas, so we can say with some authority how clean it was! Having a car was important for us and we knew that it wasn't easy, or cheap, to leave a car in Edinburgh, so the free parking on site was a big attraction. The car park was very easy to access and there were always spaces. The apartment is in a good position, only a few hundred yards from the attractive Leith waterfront with its smart cafes and bars. It's within walking distance of the city centre, 30 minutes or so, but I suggest walking alongside the Water of Leith (the river is close to the apartment) as that's a lovely, countryfied route into the city. The hosts were always helpful and quick to respond to messages. I hope we can stay there again.

Excellent 4 nights in Edinburgh!!

We were excited when we walked in the apartment! It was like a maze.. all doors to the rooms, toilet & living area were closed.. so, we had to open each one of them & guessed which was which! Anyhow, the rooms were spacious, living area was spacious, neat & clean for the 5 of us. Everything was complete in the apartment! Location was just few metres from the bus stop & tesco extra! Highly recommended! David was so accomodating.. thank you very much!

Excellent

Spacious, very clean. Comfortable sofas and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and amenities provided. Easy check in and check out process. Host had provided basic amenities like sugar, salt, pepper, milk. Juice. Easily accessible to tram and bus. Has car parking that we did not use though.

Some of the pans in kitchen could be upgraded. (Apartment 6) Lock to main front door of the building bit difficult to navigate.

it was an amazing stay in an amazing apartment

During a family trip, we spent seven nights at this apartment. The apartment has everything we need to feel at home, as we discovered. The rooms are roomy, the furnishings are contemporary, and the paintings are thoughtfully chosen. A nonstick fry pan could be added. The location is only fifteen minutes from the city centre, and Tesco is only a two-minute walk away. You will find all kitchen necessities organised and of high quality. Overall, we thought this flat was really amazing. If we ever return to Edinburgh, we'll most definitely stay here again.

Very convenient and comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were generous and the apartment was very clean. Access to the apartment was easy and as described. It is straightforward to get into the city from this location, especially if you are happy with a 30 -45 minute walk, which we were. The buses were fine once we had worked them out but due to extensive roadworks at the moment, buses are currently very infrequent. I think this will be much improved soon. All in all, this was a great apartment for us.

Nothing in particular. I was a bit confused that the property managers insisted on my husband's email address to send the apartment access details. This was really odd (and a bit irritating) given that I had booked and paid for the apartment and my husband had had nothing to do with it! What is the rationale? I assume there must be something in the initial booking form that leads to this situation inadvertently and apart from that we were really very happy with everything.

Very spacious and confortable flat with good location and carpark

Very spacious flat, well equipped, with contemporary decoration. Bus stops very close and then it takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach the town center. Great expresso maker and milk frother. We arrived a bit before check in time but where able to leave our luggage in the flat. Great when you arrive by car as there is a carpark. After visiting the Britannia Royal Yacht, we walked to the shore (around 15 minutes, maybe les) and had dinner at a restaurant there. It was just a short walk then to the flat.

Good enough for a short stay

Well equipped, good location. Looks exactly as the pictures.

Wasn’t so clean, we had a few allergic people in the group and they could feel the dust. The building smells humidity and the ventilation in the unit is not so good, even opening the windows.

The facilities and area were all very good and the added bonus was the very secure free parking. The ease of communication with the agent/owner of the property was all very easy. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for excellent accommodation in Leith/Edinburgh.

The apartment was finished to a high standard and had everything we would have wanted to make our overnight stay very comfortable. Touches like the coffee, fruit juice etc we’re very much appreciated. The location was ideal for our trip with lots of great restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.

Great info pack provided in advance and instructions for key collection, parking and access were spot on. Thank you to David in guest relations, all communications were prompt and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and modern and had everything we needed for out trip. We were travelling as 2 couples and having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything was in good working order.

Nothing that we didn't like, a small point that could be useful is to have instructions for the cooker, there was a booklet for the other appliances and it took us a little while to work out how to use the oven ( but as I said a minor point which didn't in any way affect our experience )
