Lovely 4 bedroom Apt with 7 beds and Free Parking

It was clean which was the most important thing. Had good kitchen facilities all fully equipped. It was also a great location within walking distance to leith which is lovely & easy to get into Edinburgh,

The property was very tired looking with many lightbulbs missing. We also had issues with the boiler @ whilst our contact was quick to respond it wasn’t fixed properly & we were given instructions to sort it ourselves. The place could be so much better with a general paint & freshen up. Broken floor tiles in bathroom & paint chipping away. The garden was also overgrown at the front & the back was completely unusable but we didn’t intend to use this so wasn’t a huge deal.

Las camas muy cómodas ,cocina bien equipada amplio y con todo lo necesario

Le falta armario a una de las habitaciones Imprescindible

Lovely and cosy

The rooms are spacious, and the dining/livingroom combination was a great gathering place for breakfast and in the evening.

The flat is in serious need of maintenance. Arriving at the property is embarrassing due to the overgrown yard, weeds in the driveway, and seven trash cans along the side of the driveway. It seems the solution to "fixing" interior issues is duct tape. There is duct tape on the broken main bathroom showerhead, broken mirrors, etc. The tile floor in the main bathroom is missing grout, causing water to leak below the floor. The shower door is not wide enough to contain all the shower spray. The property listing says it can accommodate up to 8 people; however, there are only enough forks for 6. Also, the lack of silverware makes the dishwasher useless. Many of the lights were missing working lightbulbs, often making the rooms dark. The backyard was completely unusable due to the dirty table and furnishings.
