The rooms are spacious, and the dining/livingroom combination was a great gathering place for breakfast and in the evening.

The flat is in serious need of maintenance. Arriving at the property is embarrassing due to the overgrown yard, weeds in the driveway, and seven trash cans along the side of the driveway. It seems the solution to "fixing" interior issues is duct tape. There is duct tape on the broken main bathroom showerhead, broken mirrors, etc. The tile floor in the main bathroom is missing grout, causing water to leak below the floor. The shower door is not wide enough to contain all the shower spray. The property listing says it can accommodate up to 8 people; however, there are only enough forks for 6. Also, the lack of silverware makes the dishwasher useless. Many of the lights were missing working lightbulbs, often making the rooms dark. The backyard was completely unusable due to the dirty table and furnishings.
