Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mitten in St. Ursanne. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Gratis Mini-Bar! Haben auf unserer Fahrrad Tour durch den Jura dort übernachtet. Separater Fahrrad Raum vorhanden. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
Preislich sicher etwas höher, aber das weiss man ja wenn man bucht. Sonst muss man halt eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

Das Frühstückangebot war i.O. Etwas kleinlich war das Besteck. Die Grösse des Bestecks war eher für Kleinkinder. Kaffee- +Teetassen ohne Griff nicht ideal
Das Parkieren des Autos passt nicht zum Standard des Hauses. Das Auto ist der vollen Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt. An einem solchen attraktiven Touristenort müsste ein Parkhaus zur Verfügung stehen oder eine zentrale Parkanlage.

Lage
Leider entspricht das Hotel aktuell nicht den Erwartungen. Die Sauna war aufgrund einer defekten Tür (Abdichtung) kaum nutzbar. Auch der Zimmerservice war unzureichend (am Ostersonntag keine frischen Handtücher oder Nachfüllung von Verbrauchsartikeln wie zum Beispiel Klopapier und Kaffekapseln). Zudem wirkte das Personal insgesamt eher distanziert als gastfreundlich. Schade, da das Hotel grundsätzlich viel Potenzial hätte
