He need to improve the coordination and services for online checking and we found difficult

Bright, airy, clean and great location

Beautiful, spacious and clean accommodation. Location convenient to walk into Genova (or you could use public transport). Outside the ZTL which is helpful for if you are driving. Kids liked the indoor chair swing. Host was very responsive and helped promptly with any queries I had before and during the stay. We went to Cavour modo 21 for dinner as per one of the recommendations by the host and it was worth the wait.

The sofa bed is squeaky which was quite disruptive for sleep.

Amazing place, but mind that outside is a little bit bad!

The property inside is amazing, huge and very well decorated. Super comfortable, and has a kind of mini kitchen/frigde if necessary in a pantry in the corner. Shower was superb too! Michele was super ready to help with everything and easily reachable, really great!!

The outside is not very nice, the building is old and the lift is a little tricky to function when you’re on the 4th. I parked in the shopping center parking lot in front of the building as it was said by Michele it was free, but in the end had to pay 22 euros for the overnight stay. Overall, amazing apartment!

Stilvolles Appartement direkt am Hafen Genua's

Michele hat uns vorab mit vielen Informationen über Genua versorgt und uns eine ausführliche Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft zukommen lassen. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Hafen, besonders von Vorteil wenn man die Fähre nach Bastia benötigt, da der Terminal innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Besonderes Highlight war für uns die Sauna und das stilvolle Ambiente. Alles war sauber und genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Wenige Gehminuten vom Appartement kann man mit der Metro ins Zentrum gelangen um die schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten Genua's zu entdecken. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Heerlijk, mooi uitzicht!

Heel fijn contact met de eigenaar gehad voorafgaand en tijdens ons verblijf, het appartement was super netjes. Prima bedden en alles goed verzorgd. Heerlijk uitzicht over de haven, metrostation op paar 100m afstand om rechtstreeks naar het centrum te gaan.

Wellicht een instructie vermelden voor de toegang naar de boot naar Corsica. Veel gasten zullen deze B&B boeken voorafgaand aan een overtocht. En de bewegwijzering is een drama om naar de terminal voor Corsica te komen vanaf het appartement. Maar dat is de enige tip, verder perfect!

Oceňuji kontaktování majitele přes whatsapp s vysvětlením všeho potřebného, tipy na výlety i to, že byl takto k dispozici. Výborná komunikace. Byt je nádherné zařízen a je v blízkosti přístavu. Resil jsem s majitelem moznost parkování, protože lokalita není úplně schůdná k parkování zdarma. Možnost parkování na placeném např na Via Francia pres app EasyPark. Výhodou je ze se platí jen do 17 a od 8 od rána. To znamená ze mimo tu dobu je tam zdarma. Nabídla i na kryte místo za poplatek ale to jsem nevyužil.

Estetsko urejeno in dekorirano stanovanje. Brezplačno parkirišče pred hišo. Trgovina v bližnini. Kljub bližini pristanišča je bilo zelo tiho in mirno ponoči ( okna dobro tesnijo).

Škripajoča tla in dejstvo,da je kuhinja v bistvu niša v omari,kjer je zelo malo kuhinjskih pripomočkov, nobene skodelice.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung, gerne wieder!

Schön, Sauber, Top Badezimmer und sehr rührig, schnell in Innenstadt. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation via WhatsApp, weniger als 1min schon n passende Antwort bekommen 👍 Große Supermarkt Esselunga mit gute Café um die Ecke.

Wifi in Wohn-/Schlafzimmer hat nicht funktioniert, trotzdem gute Wifi bei Fernseher/Eingang. Suche nach ein gute Parkplatz hat bisserl gedauert, für 1x Übernachtung, haben wir in Park Torre Sud (€15 pro Tag, Parkhaus 1. Stock) geparkt.

Kunde varit tydligare att det låg ganska långt fr centrum

Det var delvis charmigt och mycket skön säng. Saknade trasa att torka med i badrummet. Saknade också lite köksartiklar, tex något fat osv. Tror alla äter något när man är där.

Incheckningen var inte lätt att få till. Tur en trevlig granne hjälpte oss.

Spettacolare vista sul porto.

E' una appartamento diviso in due miniappartamenti indipendenti con un ingresso comune. La privacy tra gli occupanti delle due strutture è garantita: semplicemente si accede attraverso un ingresso con porta blindata comune che adduce a due porte con serratura. Noi abbiamo usato la camera mare, costituita da ampio ingresso con divano, grande bagno, grande soggiorno/ camera da letto matrimoniale. Vista sul porto meravigliosa, appartamento ristrutturato perfettamente, spazio abbondante per una coppia o per una coppia con un figlio. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro storico, l'acquario, il porto antico oppure - come nel nostro caso - lo stadio RDS dove abbiamo lavorato in fiera e che, nel caso di viaggio per turismo, potrebbe essere utile per la presenza del centro commerciale. Intorno alla struttura, a distanza pedonale, si trova tutto quello che serve per cenare bene o per fare la spesa. Requisito fondamentale per chi si sposta in macchina, il parcheggio (gratuito in strada) è relativamente facile; facilissimo se parametrato agli standard di Genova. Ci tornerei sicuramente sia per lavoro che per vacanza.

La perfezione non è di questo mondo: l'appartamento è dotato di un piccolo angolo per scaldare o cucinare qualcosa, utile per prepararsi la colazione alla mattina, per esempio. Frigorifero, piano cottura elettrico, bollitore, macchina del caffè e qualche stoviglia. Peccato non avere un piccolo lavello per rendere questo spazio più utilizzabile. Certamente non per cucinare ma per preparare una colazione (cosa fattibile comunque ma non in modo ottimale).
