It was like being at home! Fabrizio made us feel very welcome even before we arrived by giving us his phone number to call for any concerns. The place is clean and so near the train and bus stations which is a big plus as we travelled by rails and bus while in Europe! We also had full use of the kitchen❤️

Great stay.
We arrived in the morning in Genova quite exhausted after 6am flight. I contacted Fabrizio to ask if we could drop off our luggage. There was no issue with that at all, but Fabrizio also offered to message us when our room was ready - and he did a couple of hours before standard check-in time.

If you prefer a quiet room with great facilities and welcoming staff, then this is for you, even better its location situated close by to the main transportation hubs and the nearby groceries, restaurants. plus it's a great value for money.
We stayed here on two separate periods of a total of six nights, and it was the best we had in Italy.
Location: walking distance from bus and metro stations to take you all over Genoa, the main train station is right in about 5 minutes walking from the hotel, taking you to the beautiful beach of Camogli within 35 minutes and only with 3.4 Euro PP.
Rooms: it's quite a practical room in terms of size and with a private bathroom in the room that fits perfectly into the area. The room had AC which was super great in the hot days of August as the previous apartment we stayed in had no AC units, only fans.
Beds are very comfortable and you can enjoy a deep sleep despite that the room window is straight on the main street but the double glass keeps the noise away.
Kitchen and dining table: this is the best in terms of value of money, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table where you can enjoy eating and meeting new people at the same time, the also had a spate place for sitting and reading book from the shelf of books they had or simply using your laptop to write a review about the hotel as I'm doing now!
Need to mention that the room had a smart TV unit which was a great addition plus a Netflix included.
The staff were amazing in their welcoming and hospitality both Fabrizio and Verona, Fabrizio was so nice that he waited for us to do our late checking due to train delays and was kind enough to share with us tips and locations of good restaurants and places.
In General Genoa is a very beautiful city, it might be underrated due to the influence of other cities like Rome or Milan but really Genoa has a lot to offer and what made our stay a great one in Genoa is the Le Stanze del Piccadilly.

Nice stay! Would definitely recommend
We stayed here one night on our trip further south. We arrived late with our 4 children. Fabrizio was there immediately to let us in and show us around. Room was nice and spacious, all kids had a bunk bed and we had a nice double bed. Bathroom was nice, good shower and all the soaps. We slept great!
And when our little one woke up before anyone else, they have this dining table area and tv corner / nook where she could sit, eat and watch some tv. It was great!
I don’t know about location, because we didn’t use it to see Genova. It was in the port, right by the water, which was nice waking up to :)

Great place!
We were just passing thru Genoa so wanted a place near the train station. This was perfect for our family of 5 as all kids got their own bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Comfy and surprisingly quiet for being near a train station. Check in was easy and our host was very responsive. I highly recommend!

Beautiful, quiet, charming oasis.
This beautiful 4 room hotel has so much character and elegance and is very conveniently located next to the main Genova train station. The rooms are very clean, have great amenities, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. While the neighborhood is a little different th an a couple blocks away where the. real touristy part of Genova starts, we preferred this more authentic and real slice of this very cool city. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Genova.

The rooms were very comfortable with everything that we needed. The location is very convenient, right by the train station and walking distance to the city center. Fabrizio was very kind, and also offered to store our luggage after check out.

A very cozy spotless clean space in walking distance from most things in Genoa
We loved how easy and fast was to communicate with Fabrizio, our excellent host. Everything was well prepared for our group and Fabrizio went out of his way to help with all our needs. The spotless clean accommodation is perfectly located within a few steps from the bus and train station, and a merely half an hour walk from the centre of Genoa, along the sea (metro is also steps away from the location if you don't want to walk!).
The warm focaccia we were offered on the morning of our departure was a perfect bonus! Mille grazie and see you again, Fabrizio!

Exceptionally clean! Location is very close to main train station. Shared kitchen but I have never seen anyone use it during our stay,very well equipped! Very generous to leave big bottle of water in the fridge and pack of cookies. Coffee maker and kettle in the bedroom with selection of teas and coffee pods provided too. Highly recommended

Fabrizio and Veronica were super available and told us a bit around a Genova history and the story of the Piccadilly which we enjoyed knowing. It felt like being home.

Posizione comoda in quanto vicina al porto. Pulizia ottima, servizio impeccabile (Fabrizio ci ha persino aiutato a trovare parcheggio). Materassi comodi. Ambiente molto accogliente. Super raccomandato

Che struttura carina e originale nell'arredamento! Non do il voto di 10 perché si trova in una zona un pochino degradata ma si sa che vicino alla stazione ed al porto gravitano personaggi di tutti i tipi! Comunque se torno a Genova, scelgo sicuramente questa struttura. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro storico, il porto e la stazione di piazza Principe. Bar, botteghe e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Camera molto accogliente e spazi comuni funzionali: c'è una cucina attrezzata ed un salottino con la tv. Non manca proprio niente...ottimo anche il prezzo.
I dintorni un pochino fatiscenti e personaggi un po' allo sbando. Basta non farci caso e tirar dritto.

Posizione della struttura ottima vicino alla stazione piazza Principe, all' imbarco del porto e alla metropolitana, zona molto trafficata ma quando sei in stanza e chiudi la finestra non si sente niente.
Stanza pulita a disposizione una macchina del caffè e il bollitore, frigorifero. Volendo si può utilizzare la cucina nell' area comune.

Struttura e gestori TOP!!!
Ho adorato la cortesia di Fabrizio e Veronica che si sono fatti in 4 per noi. Gentilissimi, si sono fatti loro la rampa di scale per portare tutti i nostri bagagli (tanti) in camera! Ci hanno assegnato una camera piu ampia e spaziosa rispetto a quella prenotata senza chiederci un centesimo in più. In camera abbiamo trovato the, caffè, biscotti in abbondanza. La struttura è pulita, bella e ben arredata, a pochissimi passi sia dal terminal crociere sia dalla stazione dei treni, in posizione strategica pure per Porto Antico sia per il centro città. Assolutamente adatto a persone sole, famiglie e gruppi. Fabrizio ci ha dato il suo numero whatsapp da usare per ogni nostra esigenza. Assolutamente un 10, se potessi anche 11!

Un lieu chaleureux et bien situé
Un bel établissement avec une histoire très intéressante, très pratique car à deux pas de la gare mais quand même proche de la vieille ville, de l'ascenseur de Montegalletto, du port et donc de l'aquarium.
Propre, original et bien décoré. Étonnamment silencieux malgré la route à côté (merci aux énormes fenêtres)
Le personnel est très sympa, passionné, et la communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente, j'espere que nous pourrons revenir bientôt !

Stanza comodissima, finalmente abbiamo trovato tanti asciugamani e poi caffè, the e biscotti. Stanza molto pulita con un'ottima posizione e il gestore molto simpatico e accogliente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente vantaggioso

Nettes kleines Hotel mit gutem Service - wir kommen wieder!
Die Unterkunft liegt direkt gegenüber des Kreuzfahrthafens. Wir haben die Nacht vor der Einschiffung im Le stanze del Piccadilly geschlafen. Da wir mit dem Nachtzug angereist sind, waren wir bereits vormittags in Genua und wollten unsere Koffer im Hotel - bis zur Check-Inn Zeit am Nachmittag - aufbewahren lassen. Unser Zimmer war aber schon fertig und wir konnten es direkt um 10:00 Uhr beziehen. Der Chef und seine Mitarbeiterin waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Auch die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und die kostenlosen Kaffeekapseln fanden wir ebenso toll wie das kostenlose Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Super Service!
Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Genua werden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten!
Die Verkehr auf der angrenzende Hauptstraße ist bei offenem Fenster laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hat es aber nicht gestört und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen.
