A modern and clean apartment that is run by amazing people!

First of all, the hosts were absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful in every way. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in many places, but it’s quite rare to find hosts who are so genuinely nice and welcoming. That alone is a 10 out of 10 in my book. The place was super clean, modern, and located in a quiet area, with private parking available right by the property — always a great bonus when travelling by motorcycle. The overall space felt well-maintained and very inviting. Highly recommended — and deservingly so.

Perfect

My wife and I wanted to have a seaside holiday, hopping around beautiful beaces near Genova. We didn’t wanna spend too much on a fancy hotel. Lovely Homes was perfect for us. Very clean rooms, everyhing we need to get cleaned up and rest in the evening. There were even toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. More importantly, free parking for your car. They have a clean shared kitchen with an espresso machine too. I would stay here again If I ever visit Genova in the future.

We absolutely loved both the apartment, decorated under the theme of love with a few surprises in store, and the hosts who were kind and attentive. Would certainly stay again if we were to visit Genova !

Made us feel really welcome after a long day of traveling

Lovely homes has 3 super nice and comfortable rooms. It is situated in an old building that is being restored. The owner and his personnel went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. With a large bucket of “the best icecream in Genua” as extra treat. Very nice. We felt really welcome after a long day of traveling. Owner even helped us find a place to charge our electric car and helped figuring out how to plug in the cables.

Fantastic

The room had all the amenities one can possibly imagine. It was very well cleaned and tidy. The host Manuel was very gentle, very responsive and always ready to help. They also have a very good and economical restaurant near by which is a perfect place to have dinner. कमरे में वे सभी सुविधाएँ थीं जिनकी कोई कल्पना भी कर सकता है। यह बहुत अच्छे से साफ़ सुथरा था। मेज़बान मैनुएल बहुत सौम्य, बहुत संवेदनशील और मदद के लिए हमेशा तैयार था। उनके पास पास में एक बहुत अच्छा और किफायती रेस्तरां भी है जो रात के खाने के लिए एक आदर्श स्थान है।

Hotel owner Manuel is great person, very helpful and he takes cares of everything pricesely, in case of need of anything, he sorts out immediately. He has also very nice pizza restaurant, you should definitely eat there too. Especially traditional thing, Farinata 😍. There is also a kitchen you can cook there, organize breakfast etc. Market is just 100-150 mt away. You can stay at this place as your own home comfort:)

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare qui e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista! Fin dal mio arrivo, sono stato accolto con una cordialità, un calore e una disponibilità che hanno reso il mio soggiorno da solo estremamente piacevole. Gli host sono persone splendide, premurose e sempre pronte a offrire supporto o suggerimenti utili. La loro ospitalità è stata genuina e discreta, facendomi sentire subito a casa. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era semplicemente magnifica. Oltre ad essere arredata con ottimo gusto, era di una pulizia impeccabile. Ogni dettaglio era curato alla perfezione, garantendo un comfort totale. Un ambiente silenzioso e rilassante, l'ideale per riposare e ricaricare le energie. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque viaggi da solo e desideri un'esperienza di alto livello, dove la bellezza e l'igiene della struttura si sposano perfettamente con l'eccezionale accoglienza degli host. Merci pour l'accueil plus que chaleureux des hôtes, vous êtes merveilleux. L'hébergement est bien situé, non loin des commerces, arrêt de bus et de la gare. Le parking privé juste à côté est un réel point positif car j'ai pu y mettre ma moto en toute sécurité. L'hébergement est extrêmement propre, ça sent très bon avec un design très soigné et épuré. Plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. J'ai mangé à la pizzeria Voglie di Pizza proposée par nos hôtes, on y mange très bien. Je recommande cet etablissement. Molte grazie per tutto.

Soggiorno impeccabile. Accoglienza eccezionale, massima disponibilità e gentilezza del titolare e collaboratori. Accolti con un regalo di benvenuto che rivela l’attenzione dedicata al cliente. Super pulizia della struttura e servizi compresa una un’intera cucina con frigo e lavastoviglie e tutti gli attrezzi necessari, macchina del caffè, microonde, tostapane ecc. Stanza confortevole luminosa ed insonorizzata con tutti i confort possibili. Soggiorno in zona tranquilla e molto comoda sia per spostarsi in auto che con i mezzi pubblici treni compresi. Inoltre dispone anche di parcheggio privato. A disposizione anche la pizzeria convenzionata dove gustare ottime pizze, hamburger e dolci deliziosi come il personale oltretutto. A fine soggiorno come se non bastasse, pensiero di Manuel, ci hanno regalato un barattolo di Pesto di Prà. È stato un arrivederci squisito. E ci rivedremo sicuramente. A presto.
