Hello, several issues at the hotel : - no coffe machine available (but defined as available when reserved) - big noises around 9:30 am during more than 30 mn due to workers with electrical tools : not quiet - no manager available to discuss about the issues at 11 am, that was surprising better to avoid this hotel

The reason we chose this hotel is the location. It was 4 minutes walking distance to the hotel. Other than that I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again. The AC barely worked (the thermostat were so old and confusing). The room smelled like mold. They only had one flat pillow per person. I tried calling the front desk to request more but the room phone didn't work so I had to call them from my cellphone. They did bring us two more pillows but they smelled old like the covers on them haven't been washed in a year. The hand towels weren't towels, they were linen cloth. The bathtub was high with half a glass door covering it and leaving the other half opened which caused the floor to get wet (making it hazardous). I must say though that the staff were nice and helful. We arrived to the hotel 4 hours early, they stored our luggage by them until it was check in time. We needed a ride to the town center, they called a taxi for us.

Would never stay at the hotel again I had to sleep between two chairs for one hour because the bed had bugs in it. The floor was filled with black hair. The bathroom had dirt all in the shower the floors were absolutely disgusting. Tried to tell them about it, but it didn’t do any good but I ever stayed there again absolutely not. There’s no reason for anyone to have to rent a room and for it to be like that.

The rooms were wonderful. The staff was quite nice and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself felt safe. It was a bit tricky to drive to get in, as we passed it and that leads into the airport. A nice man helped us back up the one way to be in front of the hotel. There is a gate you need to take a ticket from to park in front of the lobby to do your check in, which was rather odd to us. It has nice underground parking. After that, all went well.

An old Sheraton that has seen better days. Only one lift working and AC far more efficient on ground floor than in. bedroom. An upcharge for a kingsized bed should mean more than 2 wimpy pillows. Restaurant was dark and overpriced, but the food was decent and the waiter on top of things.

Good value near the Genoa Airport. Convenient for that 6am departure! I arrived early (10am) as I had just disembarked from a cruise. I didn't expect to be given early checkin but as I told the front desk I wasn't feeling well and would be in the lobby awaiting the room. They didn't give me a room until 3p (which was the proper time). Not complaining but the hotel was clearly not fully booked and since I was not feeling well it would have been nice to get into the room sooner other than waiting 5 hours. Nonetheless, restraunt opened at 12noon and I enjoyed a lovely lunch.

I booked a night here because I had a very early flight the following morning. The hotel is extremely close to the airport--less than a 5 minute walk--so the convenience couldn't be beat. However, it's an average hotel in other respects. The room furniture looked cheap and dated. There was damage to my room's door. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, but no breakfast was included. The staff member who checked me in was in training and didn't really give me any information other than my room key. I wasn't looking for anything other than a hotel convenient to the airport, but you won't get anything fancy here.

Wasn’t the worst but maybe the weirdest hotel I can remember. Needs some updating. Upon checking in we had one towel and one coffee cup for the two of us. Busy and under staffed.

Tower Genova is within walking distance from Genoa Airport, which is the only reason to stay at this hotel. We booked this hotel as we were arriving late from an international flight and wanted to rest before heading out to Cinque Terre. The area is industrial, with no other dining options other than the hotel restaurant. The one waiter was working very hard , however, the kitchen forgot our order and it took 1.5 hours to serve us with one pizza and the sea bass (do not order, it was underwhelming, and the entire dish would fit in an IKEA glass up). Kudos to the hard working waiter. The room had not been updated for at least 30 years with curtains glued to the walls, peeling melamine on the countertops, sticky floors in all the spaces, mattresses that felt like they belong at an outdoor camp , hand towels that are thin and hard, as well as small insects crawling on the bathroom counters. I would not recommend this hotel; take the bus shuttle & train into town and skip the Tower Hotel.
