Good value for money we spent for this one night stay to catch a flight in Genova. Parking included in location made rea

Silvia is very kind and precise she helped us to park the car and have lots of information about close restaurants. Breakfast is good and we enjoyed also some fresh ‘focaccia’

Being an historical building located in Genova center, windows are not really sounds proven but we had earring plugs and this helped a lot.

A private apartment in a residential building, with a beautiful old elevator.

Parking is a little work but doable with the help of the owner who is wonderful. As this was a one night sleepover for us, I didn't do my homework and I have to stress that this apartment is not close to the touristic center - you might want to ask how to best get there (we walked 15 minutes next to main roads to the subway for a few stops to the center, taking the bus is probably the better option)

Atmosphere of old building and really authentive style of the apartment. Nice breakfast (pastries, coffee, cheese, fruits, yoghurt), very amiable host.

We didn't expect to leave with the host in one apartment and have bathroom to where you need to go through the entrance hall. Luckily second room was empty so we were the only ones to use the bathroom. Free parking means you have to get out early in the morning and find a free place in the nearby yards (in the evening our host gave us her space which is free 20pm-8am). Location wasn't great, we chose this place only because of free parking which is a problem in the old city. There are buses (we didn't take it) or 30 min walk to the city centre.

Bruit, cries

Beaucoup de bruit Une dame est venu frapper au portes a 2h du matin , des cries. Fesait couler de l'eau au dessus de nous. Nous avons fini la nuit dans le camion et du coup n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel. Arriver a 22h48 pour casiment pas dormir ! Je vous demande pas un remboursement total maosnce soir je dois re effectuer une réservation sur Rennes je souhaiterais obtenir quelques choses !

Für den Preis kann man wohl nicht mehr erwarten..

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich Mühe gegeben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und konnte den Raum kaum richtig kühlen. Der Parkplatz bestand darin, dass die Vermieterin einen öffentlichen Parkplatz reserviert hat. Das ist i. O., wenn man nicht mehr wegfährt, sonst aber recht mühsam. Die Übernachtung wurde uns dreifach! belastet. Auf die Kontaktaufnahme per Mail hat niemand reagiert. Dank dem Kundendienst von booking.com haben wir das Geld aber doch noch zurückerhalten.

¡Lo mejor de lo mejor!

¡TODO! Pero hay que destacar sin duda la atención de Franco, nos recibió y explicó todo con mucha paciencia, muy simpático y receptivo. La ubicación es increíble, abajo del hospedaje tomas el transporte público que te lleva directo al Puerto Antiguo en 17 minutos. La habitación súper amplia, cómoda y con aire acondicionado, llegamos y ya estaba encendido y refrescaba muchísimo, fue todo un detalle. Éramos mi esposo, Mía 3 niños y yo, y la habitación tenía además de la cama matrimonial, tres camas individuales, tenerlos con nosotros en la misma habitación y con tanto espacio fue lo máximo. Baño privado, el nuestro con ducha, bañera, bateé y bidé (aunque no lo usamos). Desayuno con TODO: Café, jugo, yogurt, cereal, leche, corneto, mantequilla, mermelada… en fin, para todos los gustos, la cocina donde desayunamos también amplia, con lavadora. TODO LIMPIO, impecable, y había toallas para cada uno de nosotros.

Genova è sempre bella,anche se sei di passaggio.

Lo abbiamo scelto perché era vicino all'imbarco dei traghetti per la Corsica e per questo era perfetto. L'appartamento situato in un bel palazzo storico e' carino anche se un po all'antica, e in condivisione con un altra famiglia, dove però ognuno aveva la propria camera e piccolo soggiorno chiusa e il proprio bagno. In comune c' era la sala per la colazione di cui abbiamo potuto usufruire autonamamente perché siamo partiti di mattina presto. Molto gentile e veramente disponibile la proprietaria. Ottimo il fatto di avere un garage al chiuso che ci è stato subito messo a disposizione dato che avevamo la macchina carica.

Alla sera se vuoi cenare fuori i dintorni non offrono granché e la zona è abbastanza deserta

Die Lage der Wohnung nahe der Metro war gut. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und pünktlich am Treffpunkt. Parkplatz war nah.

Sehr klein und alte Möbel. Wenig Komfort. Die Standklimaanlage war extrem laut und man konnte dabei nicht schlafen, dadurch war es sehr warm.

Palazzo antico ma fatiscente, con ascensore. Camere con mobilio vecchio, materassi scomodi, biancheria grezza, condizionatore mobile efficace ma molto rumoroso, TV nuova. Bagno situato all' esterno della camera, nella parte in comune con l'altra stanza, piccolissimo, vecchio, con lavandino minuscolo, doccia all'esterno separato dalla zona comune da una porticina scorrevole, impraticabile. Proprietario disponibile, gentile, ci ha portato dei cornetti, ma non abbiamo fatto colazione sul posto, perché abbiamo preferito lasciare subito la struttura. Parcheggio a pagamento sul retro del palazzo, utile ma scomodo per le manovre. Zona non bella, ma vicina al centro e collegata da bus. Troppo cara per ciò che offre.

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre malgré la climatisation (bruyante). Mais le désagrément principal fut le bruit extérieur, en raison des ambulances passant très régulièrement, donc une bien mauvaise avant de prendre le ferry du matin pour la Corse.

Il soggiorno di cui avevo bisogno La camera climatizzata Il parcheggio privato Il bagno privato e le attenzioni della signora e le cortesie per gli ospiti come l'acqua fresca il karkade freddo qualche dolce di merenda . La città monumentale è a 4 fermate e si è nel porto delle grandi navi da crociera poi alla fine del percorso sul.porto si sceglie a destra acquario in piazza monumenti e cibo ottino anche street food , Per poi addentrarmi nella labirintica nobile e superba Genova . La piazza ad un passeggiata e tanto folclore. La mia camera con doppia vetrata e ingresso autonomo, è un salto nel passato , bagno tutto mio e colazione deliziosa animata dalla discreta presenza della host , puntuale e molto simpatica e cordiale. Prodiga di consigli sugli itinerari più interessanti. E sugli eventi per i giovani come la cirulla presso i giardini luzzati. Non solo. La atmosfera retrò ha creato una vacanza sui generis soft e gotica al tempo stesso. Grazie Alla prossima

Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.

Es war grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, was man für eine Übernachtung braucht. Das Zimmer war mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Ich habe die Unterkunft wegen der guten Bewertungen für die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter auch bei später Ankunft und das Lob für das Frühstück ausgesucht. Das kann ich beides leider nicht bestätigen. Das Frühstück ist „self service“ - grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, sauberes Geschirr und ausreichend sauberes Besteck wäre aber wünschenswert. Ein verfaulter Apfel, saure Milch und lieblos aufgerissene Verpackungen schaffen keine angenehme Frühstücks Atmosphäre.

Stanza un po' vetusta e, purtroppo, rumorosa. Troppi mobili che sembrano appoggiati in attesa di sistemazione. Poca luce. Bagno fuori dalla stanza e non specificato nel sito. Privato, purtroppo senza dispenser di prodotti ma solo confezioni aperte già iniziate. È possibile che si incontrino altri ospiti, perché è attiguo alla cucina comune. Colazione, buona ma scarsa, che bisogna prepararsi da soli. Niente a che vedere con le foto pubblicate.

Vivere come in un film d’altri tempi in un Palazzo storico . Come “Gina Lollobrigida “ gli anni dei miei genitori che mi raccontavano e mi facevano vedere in TV .La posizione e’ ottimale ,per spostarsi anche con i mezzi pubblici ,per chi come noi ha preferito parcheggiare l’auto senza pensieri nel garage della struttura .Che dire:La scelta di Amarantha Gothica e’ stata piu’ che positiva con la cortesia dell’ host Silvia ,disponibile alle nostre esigenze ,ci siamo sentiti ospiti coccolati, accolti da una gradevole colazione .Ci ha saputo aiutare e suggerire come muoversi a Genova aperta alla conoscenza .

Die Unterkunft war in einem schönen alten Hause mit nostalgischen Zimmern. Die Gastgeberin kam uns trotz unserer starken Verspätung mit der Checkin-Zeit freundlicherweise sehr entgegen.
