Perfect stay.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Staff are nice and polite. I had delay for more than 4 h. They were always on Whatsapp and left my card for room on welcome desk. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, in the middle between airport and old city. I highly recommend this hotel. Aleksandra, Luciano and Salvatore are always in my heart. Thank you so much.

Loved it except for shower. No real lobby

very friendly staff especially front desk, breakfast room & housekeeping.

Shower was way too small for a larger than normal person to get in and out of and difficult to maneuver once inside.

Nice hotel with friendly staff conveniently located for ferry, car parking and town.

Picked because of proximity to car park and ferry port. Large room. Nice firm comfortable double bed. Good breakfast. Outdoor terrace. Bicycles secured in their private parking nearby. Plenty of eating options nearby.

Great hotel in a nice old building. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking near the hotel is a plus. They have great terrace on the first floor. Easy to catch a bus to the city center.

Room was noisy but they provide the ear plugs :)

Super convenient for those arriving to Genoa port. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Breakfast was a nice quality continental. With freshly made coffee to order. Coming from the ferry port the hotel was very convenient. Just 10 minutes drive and with a private carpark available to reserve a spot in. Also pet friendly, which is great for those travelling with the whole family.
