Location. Ideal for airport and ferries but located in a quiet yacht marina. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in a lovely setting.

The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating

1.) the AC was not turned on, apparently by city ordinance, so the room as hot and stuffy despite a fan the t was provide. We had to open the windows to get fresh air, which unfortunately subjected us to the high pitched noise of airplanes taking off and landing in the Genoa airport, which is literally a stone throw away from the hotel.

attached to airport so you can hear the planes land, 15-20 minutes to get to the city. the gym is not as advertised, it is used up and very dirty, and extremely smelly.

the only problem was the location if you are going to stay for more than a few nights. There are a few restaurants around, but you need to get a taxi for other options

Ok, but wouldn’t hurry back.

Staff were helpful in organising a taxi for an early morning check out. It was ok for a single overnight stay to be close to the airport for an early flight the following morning, but would be in no hurry to return.

The room had a weird overpowering smell which was quite nauseating. Reception not 24hrs so it was a very long night in a fairly remote area when the TV channels decided not to work properly and outside of reception hours so unable to seek assistance.

The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds, the staff is amazing and kind. The hotel is in the marina, which means great views. The breakfast is good, and they also have great coffee.

Very good

We were only here for a night to catch an early flight. Proximity to the airport is fantastic. Literally around the corner.

We were off season, so there were only 2 dining options that weren't that great. Not the fault of the hotel, but worth noting.

big parking place, basic, but good breakfast with a nice view of the harbor, helpful and friendly staff, 24h available coffee machine for free, good restaurants in the near

unfortunatelly the toilet flush button was a bit broken in our room, so it was not easy to use
