The breakfast was homemade and fresh. Location was ideal as 5kms down the road is Genoa, with plenty of choices of pizzerias and restaurants

Good short stay place, with decent breakfast and great location up in the mountains for summer cool.

Great area, close to Voltri and Genoa but with clean air and amazing mountain views. The hosts are great and very hospitable, meeting every request with a great deal of personal involvement.

Access is a bit difficult due to very steep climb. Also you can hear very well exactly what the neighbours are doing, down to minute details of conversation.

Eventhough the location is near Genova and bookable on a short notice, Mrs. host was unfriendly.

Location was Ok, considering it was a late and spontaneous booking.

The lady host was a bit annoyed about our arrival hour, eventhough we have paid the extra sum mentioned. Also the arrival hour did not depend on us, since there were issues on the highway we could not arrive sooner. Also we had dogs with us, in a "pet friendly" location, meaning that one would not expect sarcastic notifications after leaving on the next day that they should have charged more for cleaning up because the dogs slept in the same bed as us.

Clean, cosy and friendly place with a kind owner.

We arrived late and left in the morning so we could not enjoy the surroundings. The landlady was very kind and friendly. We got a wonderful, real Italian coffee for breakfast and homemade cakes. It was great that we could bring our pets to the apartment.

The property is nestled in the mountains above Genoa and it has a very organic homestyle to it. It’s peaceful and unhurried.

Parking is a bit limited, and there is a train that goes by occasionally, so it’s not completely silent.

Stink bugs. Everywhere. My dad and I killed about 14 of them before going to sleep.

Everything else was wonderful. Amazing, surreal location. Spacious, super clean room and bathroom. Delicious, homemade breakfast with plenty of variety. Fantastic, super friendly and helpful owner. The most adorable, friendly animals you'll ever meet. Honestly, the stink bugs are the only reason I rated this place a 9 instead of a 10, because I really struggle to sleep soundly with any kind of flying bugs in the room. But if you're ok with them, this place is exceptional!

Good

Nice scenery around the house, friendly owner, and the animals were wonderful. We loved all the cats and the two dogs. The room itself was nice size for the four of us with an on suite bathroom. We loved the grill area, really nice area to sit in. Since we spoje italian, we had no problem communicating with the owner who was very Friendly.

The breakfast was a bit meh, probably would have been better if it was warm and Freshly made, the coffee was good. The two bunk beds in the room were not that comfortable, but ok in size. The location of the house is a bit further away from the highway and Genoa itself than I expected.

Non è possibile fare nessun tipo di passeggiata se non su asfalto ed in ripida salita. Colazione non valutabile perché per nostri problemi di orario non l'abbiamo fatta.

Ondanks de heerlijke eigen gemaakte taart en super koffie! kon het ontbijt iets uitgebreider. Ook is het een relatief smalle weg die flink wat bochten telden voordat je in genua bent, wel een rustige weg. Onder de locatie rijdt een trein, deze rijdt extra zacht voorbij, maar als lichte slaper zou je er wakker van kunnen worden, s'nachts rijdt hij niet. Zwarte plekken in de profielen van de douchedeur rails kunnen eenvoudig even weggehaald worden door wat chloor, verder was de badkamer hartstikke schoon.

I proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici ma allo stesso tempo non invadenti. Ci hanno saputo consigliare un po' su tutto. La posizione della struttura, sebbene non proprio vicinissima a Genova centro, permetteva di muoversi nelle zona agevolmente e in tempi ragionevoli. I dintorni sono belli da visitare. La vista dalla camera è molto bella e rilassante e c'è un bel silenzio la notte. La WiFi funzionava molto bene. È poi una cosa che che ci ha colpito : dopo non so quanto tempo, abbiamo visti le lucciole di sera mentre tornavamo dal ristorante e la cosa ci ha veramente piacevolmente stupito. La colazione è servita dai proprietari che fanno un ottimo cappuccino e le torte sono tutte fatte in casa così come la marmellata... Veramente cosa apprezzata da me.

La stanza non era delle più comode che abbiamo avuto durante i nostri spostamenti: c'erano tanti piccoli difetti come ad esempio la porta del bagno che non si chiude e che addirittura a volte si apre da sola. Il letto a castello è messo in una posizione non proprio ottimale, le porte della doccia si chiudono male, il bidet è scomodissimo e a mala pena riuscivo ad entrarci perché lo spazio ai lati è veramente piccolo. Nella stanza abbiamo trovato una vasta varietà di ragni e insetti vari, ma questo è più che normale perché siamo in campagna e la cosa non mi crea problemi. Insomma a conti fatti i difetti elencati sono cose alle quali ci si può adattare senza problemi ma cmq li segnalo perché non tutti riescono a farlo.

Genau das Richtige für den Stopp auf dem Weg in den Urlaub!

Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen; trotz der Sprach-Hürde (er spricht nur italienisch, wir vieles, aber kein Wort italienisch🤣) hat alles reibungslos geklappt, von der Abstimmung, wann wir frühstücken wollen bis zur Klärung, wie seine drei Hunde heißen und welche Wahlen demnächst in Italien anstehen. Mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns bestens verstanden. Als besonderen Service hat er für uns einen Tisch in der Pizzeria im Ort reserviert. Das Highlight waren aber die bereits oft beschriebenen Kuchen und Marmeladen zum Frühstück! Alles selbst gemacht und super-lecker. Wer italienisches Frühstück kennt (labbriges Brötchen mit abgepackter Kunst-Marmelade), wird hier sein Eldorado finden. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß für eine vierköpfige Familie. Eigenes Bad mit Handtüchern, Seife etc. Betten einfach aber gut.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. An dieser Stelle nur der Hinweis an den Gast mit seinen Hunden, der am selben Tag wieder abgereist ist (siehe Rezession weiter unten): wer Kempinski erwartet, muss auch Kempinski buchen. Diese Unterkunft ist ein B&B und erfüllt auch genau das!

Il letto a castello era istabile e attaccato al termosifone che ci ha fatto morire di caldo. Tutt i letti erano troppo morbidi per i miei gusti.

Apprezzabile l'impegno ma... la privacy è importante

La presenza di tre simpatici cani e un gatto, oltre alla gentile accoglienza dei proprietari

Personalmente non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la struttura non avesse la necessaria fondamentale tutela della privacy, in quanto, concettualmente la disposizione delle camere, ma soprattutto la poca se non inesistente insonorizzazione, dovrebbe essere assolutamente riprogettata. Non e' concepibile sentire il vociare di altri clienti nella camera accanto come se fossero all'interno della nostra stessa stanza e che addirittura possano accendere e spegnere la luce del corridoio della nostra stanza dalla loro. Nell' ultimo giorno dell'anno ci siamo sorbiti il casino fino alle 4 del mattino e sveglia all'alba dei bambini urlanti. Isolamento acustico assolutamente da rivedere. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, se si affitta a una coppia, di logica, ci dovrebbe essere almeno un set di due asciugamani e non uno di tutto, oltre a non aver messo a disposizione né shampoo né sapone all'interno della doccia.
