Good location.

Perfect location for a night's stay before an early flight from Genoa airport.

Unlike most good hotels, there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There is a coffee dispensing machine in the lobby, but who wants to have to go down in the lift and carry up coffees in disposable cups to their room? It would be nice to be able to have tea or coffee in the room as is usual in most hotels in that cost bracket.

No Wi-Fi and it was very difficult to work the thermostat in the room therefore it was too hot

Stayed there only because the hotel is within walking distance to the airport. Avoid this place

Rundown hotel, dirty carpet throughout the hotel and room. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Uncomfortable bed. Unfriendly staff. We got stuck in the lift momentarily when the outer doors did not open.

Good location for travelling throuth

We had a spacious and quiet family room, comfortable beds. Dinner was very delicious in the restaurant. Paid underground parking. Free wifi.

18 euro per day for parking was a bit surprise after booking the room. Also it was a construction area around the hotel and airport at that time and it was a bit confusing getting out back to highway.

Very short stay

I used the hotel for 3 hours between a meeting and late night dinner and an early flight. The fact that I could walk to the airport was great, but I did not really make use of anything other than the bed and the shower, plus the fact that reception is open 24 h.

adequate airport and port hotel, fine if there to work but not a holiday hotel

If you want something next to the airport that is basic but passable for work, it's fine, but if you are on holiday, then definitely not for me.

The rooms were a bit dated but clean and tidy. The so-called fitness suite was, at best, dangerous with worn-out machines and damaged equipment - definitely at your own risk. The restaurant food was basic, the service was slow, and the staff just ignored you if they were busy. Location was fine if working at the airport or port, but not a shop or bar in easy walking distance and a taxi ride to anywhere, as we were trapped on foot due to busy main roads.

The restaurant has very minimal operating hours. It closed at 2pm. When I went to have lunch at 1:40pm, they were preparing to close and only offered plain spaghetti. The bread was dry.

They copied my passport, and without asking - this breaks GDPR regulations... Too few power sockets k. The room, and they were loose. Water pressure in the shower was bad.

Dindgy and in need of a makeover.

So close you don’t need a cab or hospitality van ride to the airport from the hotel. The hotel is old and showing its age. There are missing parts of wash panel and corners. Updates to the electrical system would go a long way for travelers. Outlets need USB ports.

Never again

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, big parking

This is not a hotel that needs to be updated, the complete management needs to go. The outside of the (glass) hotel is extreme dirty, windows haven’t be cleaned in ages, food in the hotel poor quality and bad cooked, elevators not working and watch out when you will take a shower because the water is extremely hot, to hot to be safe.

The property is a 2 minute walk to the airport. Rooms are extremely large and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel rooms are a bit dated and need some interior design touches, but works perfectly for an early morning flight.

Staff were hurried, chaotic service in the bar. Lift not working when we needed to go down 8 floors to the breakfast room, had to walk down, and the breakfast was terrible. Fortunately the lift was working when we needed to go back up. Towels were thin and small

Nice hotel location for airport. Clean rooms. Beds are comfortable but caved into the center. Older mattresses.

Elevators are a trip hazard as the stop 2 inches above floor level. Also jirk to a stop when going to 4th floor. Almost lifting me off my feet at one point. Beds are comfortable but caved into the center. Older mattresses. Only restaurants or food options available are the hotel restaurant or walking to the airport for a snack. Restaurant does not open until 7:30 p.m.. Air conditioner did not work in room. Called the hotel staff to ask to look at it. Was told to open the windows to cool the room. This was fine until dark when the mosquitoes came out. Then I foight mosquitoes even after the windows were closed and the room overheated. If it was more than one night or the fact I had to be at the airport at 4am. I would have changed hotel.
