The bed and bathroom were great! The flooring, room and couch seemed a bit dated, ac was a bit noisy. But service was good. Breakfast was also not bad - cold only but ok. 2 varieties of cold cuts , some cheese, cakes/bread etc The Luxury tag didn’t quite go with my room but all in all it was ok. There was an elevator. The good part was it was just a 2 minute walk from the station .

Room 404. The shower did not function properly. At first, hot water worked fine, after a couple of minutes, only cold water, so my husband could not shower. Great location near the train station and walking distance to the maritime museum (we loved that museum!). Delicious Italian food across the street, many other restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful woman at reception. Easy to check in at the one hotel, then walk a short distance to our spacious room with comfortable bed. Historic elevator, which we found entertaining, but we were warned that if someone forgot to close its door, then the elevator would not work.

The room was very spacious, very nice overall. Not too much lighting main room but bedroom was great. Super clean, very good bathroom, including luxury towels. Heating worked well though sometimes the water wasn’t too hot. Very good breakfast though limited selection (no eggs) but great coffee machine.

Stay was okay. Sheets were very thin for it being a cold time of year during my visit. No blankets were available. I also got stuck at the elevator when I was checking out because another person left the elevator for open (the old school kind where there’s is a door to open in order to enter or exit the elevator). On the good side, check in and out were easy and simple. The fixings and decor were nice and it felt very posh from that perspective. It is centrally located/walkable and the staff were very affable.

Great location in a walkable area along the coast. The breakfast variety was excellent. The service staff were friendly and very accommodating. For example we had an early departure prior to the opening to the breakfast dining room however the staff provided several croissants for our trip.

The hotel is handy to the station. The rooms are huge with a separate bedroom but they are a bit devoid of furnishings to fill the space. They are also very dark. Some of the staff are are little abrupt. We had checked out of our room before breakfast so had our bags outside of the breakfast area and we got told that if we sit there after we finished eating we can't leave our bags there. I had to tell her we were leaving for an early train and i was waiting for my husband who was in the bathroom!!!

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from Piazza Principe station. Around 20 minutes walk to main attractions. Luggage storage which is great. Breakfast excellent, definitely recommend it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THIS IS A WARNING TO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We had to wait 4 hours outside before checking inn. There was no contact number, except for the one that rang in the reception, and it was closed. But even after all that they were so rude!! There is no information provided for late checkinn. We had kids with us. In the morning instead of apologizing THEY wanted to CHARGE US EXTRA for not checking inn on time we were at hotel 22:00 and got help to checkinn at 02:00 am! NOTHING about this hotel is good for us. Will not recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is very modern, the best in Italy so far. Very close to the train station. Only downfall was the wifi whic didn’t work most times and breakfast was very basic but ok. Can not comment muvh on staff as only saw them at check-in and checkout due to being in a different building.

This hotel was equal to (in a really good way) staying at home! We prepaid for 2 rooms and had 5 people in our party. Everyone agreed that this was one of the best stays we had in our month long Italian Adventure. By this point in our trip we had several great places we stayed. However this hotel delivered easily the best sleep since leaving home. Their breakfast service was also a great plus to our stay. We would do it all over again!

We had to move to another hotel after waiting a long time for them to fix the AC. The whole day spent with the hotel and expedia trying to fix the AC, which it never work. Andrea from the front desk told expedia a lie saying the issue was fixed, which is not true. Hotel promise fans that never deliver to us. It is the first time I have a bad expirience with expedia and the first time I encounter such a poor customer service in a hotel and a lack of caring for the customer. I paid for a service that they advertise -room with AC- and I did not get that. Horrible experience.
