Lovely few nights spent in the lodge, just needed some TLC and a few extra bits and pieces for kitchen/towels for se

The accommodation was disappointing due to the points mentioned, however the location is nice.

The location was nice, enjoyed a walk along the river not far from the lodge. Easy to travel to Perth town centre.

There wasn't enough towels. No tea towel in the kitchen, no spare towels to use for hot tub. (Complimentary robes would have been a nice touch). No outdoor lighting ( fairy lights) around hot tub, no enclosure over hot tub , it is Scotland!(noticed that other premises had both of these). .Bed was a bit low and too soft. No cleaning materials to use ie Mop for wet floor .Not enough complimentary tea/coffee/milk for two people on a two night stay.

Perfect cosy getaway- highly recommend

Perfect location (1. due to proximity from Edinburgh, 2. feeling private but not far from hotel/ supermarket etc, 3. Walkable landmarks like the castle) . Great for taking the dog, with a secure private garden patch and enough space throughout the lodge.

Could use a few more kitchen items, e.g more than 2 mugs, scissors, a large pan. There was a lot of dust, in the bedroom especially.

It’s a good lodge for a couple looking for a hot tub break. Would be great if niggles were addressed

Hot tub is great, plus the living space is a generous size. The property is well equipped and the owner provided essentials like washing-up liquid, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits. The bathroom has a bath and very good electric shower. The hot tub is in a private garden that is completely fenced in so you can let your dog relax outdoors while you’re in the hot tub. Special mention to the neighbouring Leonardo Hotel which is very convenient for a drink or meal, and is also dog-friendly.

Dishes, cups and glasses had been left in the dishwasher from the previous guests. Wi-fi is not really good enough for watching streaming tv. Lodge is needing maintenance in a few places (condensation inside bedroom double glazed window, sliding patio doors didn’t close securely, some timber damaged and needing replaced, etc.)

Good peaceful location. Cosy and clean lodges. Loved the hot tub which also had good privacy round it too. Would recommend to anyone

A wee gem of tranquility and nature.

Quiet and relaxing with everything you need for your stay with the added extra of a hot tub. Very clean and more than enough space for 2. The hotel restaurant only a very short stroll from the lodge was great. I will definitely be back.

Location is great, was lovely and quiet. Property is well maintained, hosts were very easy to deal with and also very helpful!

We were only provided with one towel each and there wasn't a lot of cooking utensils.

Only given one roll of toilet roll for the stay however everything else was great and appreciated the tea and biscuits on arrival too

Very good getaway, already booked to go back

Location was very good and easily accessible from the bus station nearby, the hot tub was our personal favourite amenity, very much appreciated it being pre heated and able to heat it back up very quickly. The bed was also very comfy and we both slept very well.

There were some webs around the inside of the property however everything else was very clean and tidy. The keys were meant to be left in the door however they were left inside the property.

Was an okay stay, with location & hot tub although cleanliness & maintenance let it down.

Location was fab, only 10 mins from city centre. Hot tub was great, was warm, easy to work for temp & lights.

Cobwebs everywhere you looked inside & out. Had been there a while too… Bathroom light not working, bird droppings on windows as soon as we arrived & had been there a while. Dirty glass on door windows… wasn’t new… just not cleaned. Toilet wouldn’t flush… had to repeatable push toilet handle to try & make it flush… Shower on full power was either SCALDING or FREEZING… wasn’t an enjoyable shower.
