Lovely property, very comfortable beds , cosy. Hot tub was great.
The grass was way too long and because of that we couldn’t sit out in the nice weather .. there was some dog dirt stuck way down in the grass so we couldn’t walk on it didn’t want to trod on it .. my wee girl loves doing gymnastic on short grass and couldn’t do that … the girls at reception did apologise for this and tried to get a gardener but it should’ve been cut nice for us arriving ..
WiFi wasn’t great and we kept losing connection a lot

We had a lovely stay overall. The location was excellent – very central and close to everything we wanted to do
The lodge itself was beautiful and comfortable, and the hot tub was a fantastic addition. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day out.
The only slight downside was that the lodge could have been a bit cleaner on arrival, as there were a few areas that could have done with more attention. However, this didn’t take away from our enjoyment of the stay.

I liked how it felt remote and like you were in the middle of no where
The hot tub being freezing when we arrived. Although we were told we would get some sort of refund and we got a late (11:30am) check out.
The man cutting the grass around the lodge took all day to do this. At one point we couldn’t hear what each other was saying. Definitely wasn’t calm and relaxing.
