Little gem! Great apartment!

Amazing apartment! Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen has everything you need. Washing machine and dryer were great as we have been travelling for weeks. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and bathroom and shower great size. Great location, walking distance to big ASDA supermarket, take away food and only a couple of minutes drive to pub and centre of Perth. Our host Bartek had great communication and was very accommodating with an early check in and later check out, which was very much appreciated. Would HIGHLY recommend this little gem.

Modern flat, good location for getting about.

Really nice flat. Very modern, good facilities. Everything we needed. Location good for accessing shops, town centre and nearby attractions. Clear instructions for getting to and accessing property.

Upstairs neighbours were quite noisy. Blind in front bedroom see through and doesn’t block out light. TV reception a bit patchy.

Handy Perth flat - 4 in a block

Handy for the centre of Perth Close to supermarket and bus service

Transparent blind in twin room. Requires blackout blind. Shower did not have an anti-slip mat. Candles, reeds etc were overpowering. Too many for such a small apartment. Shower extractor fan did not turn off. Very noisy.

Lovely apartment

I was in Perth for an operation so I liked the proximity to the hospital. The beds were comfortable. The facilities were good and the whole place was to a good standard. The neighbours were quiet as was the street when it came to sleeping.

The lack of extra pillows. The blind in the twin room let's in all the light. Wooden spoon and serving spoon needed for kitchen. The heating wouldn't turn down and it was roasting. The towels were not exactly big enough for a larger person, could do with bath sheets.

Would return. Location in Perth is useful to visit othe rplaces. We are familiar with the area.

Apartment easy to find. Parkinf opff-road spaces. Bus stop very near by and same with location of large supermarket.

Minor really. The TV de-tuned/de-coded itself on the last night and owner had to do a factory re-set on it agfter we left.

A fantastic clean apartment with everything we needed. We were 4 friends staying before a wedding, the apartment is beautifully done and spotlessly clean. Thank you very much!

The blind in the twin room isn’t very thick so it was bright, didn’t bother me at all though. The twin beds are also very narrow, not an issue at all. This was a fantastic apartment and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay great location loved it

The location was fantastic 10 min walk in to Perth straight road to city centre we were up for the rewind festival so was ideal lovely area very quiet and the apartment was beautiful the owners made it very welcoming tea : coffee fresh towels tumble dryer and fresh flowers would defiantly return to this property excellent value for money we all loved our stay here 😁

The flat is really clean, with a well equipped kitchen, calm, with a nice small garden.

Real blackout blinds on all bedrooms windows would be appreciated. Especially the one on the small window of the twin bedroom is too thin. Thanks :)

Perfect stay in a handy location for Bells Sports Centre.

Everything! But loved the personal touches: seasonal flowers, biscuits, toiletries etc. Well equipped kitchen. Really clean & modern.
