Location was superb facilities had all we needed
Cleanliness inside bedrooms. Lots of dust under bed and behind headboard. Was noticed when plugging in phone chargers.

Cosy reset and lovely location
Previously stayed in Balor 1 a few times however it was unavailable for the dates so we decided to try Boann 5. Gorgeous lodge with everything you need for a quiet and relaxing few days. Hot tub is perfect and the lodge creates a very cost environment
Only thing I would say I didn’t like was the fact there were spider webs left inside the property. I would also say the exterior of the lodge could be done with a clean, we encountered quite a few spiders inside which may have been avoided if the webs were removed from the properly

The location is wonderful; lovely setting and quiet area with locals walks. Good access to main routes in and around Perth
Some minor update to cabins needed although overall lovely for family of four. For instance gap in window. Welcome pack - I was surprised by lack of content; had and some of the wording didn’t make you feel welcome.
