The property was immaculate and roomy (other than the room with the double bed). The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was an excellent temperature and very clean. Facilities in the kitchen were good. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I left my kindle and got a phone call about it before I could contact them. The surrounding area is stunning.
The lodge could be even more comfortable with a few easy extras: An airer to dry the towels on. A mop as the laminate became very wet and slippy when the girls came out the hot tub. A few more dishes. Separate towels for the hot tub (or a note when booking to bring these)

chose because of hot tub. 1st night water temperature was cold. took too long to heat up. 2nd and final night went to use after tea but found lighting around the tub not working so unsafe to use in complete darkness.
