Townhouse relaxation .

Very clean & Spacious. Quite yet accessible into the town area.

Parking . Can be expensive. Using the parking meters. Outside the House / or surrounding area. The downpipe Outside the back door. Needs a major repair. I got soaked one time going out NOT Nice. It was pouring out the pipe . Dogs were coming through a big puddle to get back in.

Great lodging for a small group to enjoy all Perth and the surrounding area has to offer!

Wonderful location near the heart of Perth. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Linda met us and gave us a tour of the property. Easy walk to everything Perth has to offer, including the city center, the train station, and a great local golf course!

We happened to catch a rather hot week, so the house was a bit warm at night for sleeping. A couple of fans would have made it more comfortable.

A lovely house in a great location.

It's a lovely spacious house near the park and local amenities. We really liked the Georgian features of the building and it's nice furnishings. The place was very clean and comfortable. Linda met us too when we arrived to welcome us in.

The local parking is a bit tricky.

Comfortable, well equipped accommodation.

Very centrally located so we could walk to cafes, pubs, etc. Plenty of parking nearby. The house, while quite old, has been modernised to a very high standard and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing property, amazing location and amazing hostess

The property is amazing, it is a 5-8 minute walk from the Railway Station, a few minutes from a beautiful park, 5 minutes from the river Tay, and 5 minutes from the centre of town. Location wise it is excellent. Linda the hostess was lovely. She met us there explained the property and left us to it. The property is beautiful. The bathroom stunning. Along with leaving various shampoos etc there were also coffee milk tea and mini sweet mince pies. There was a coffee machine and wee pods. Over all this is one of the most outstanding properties I’ve ever stayed in.

Nothing really to dislike. If pushed to leave a comment that says could be improved I would suggest a banister up the opposite side of the wall from the original as the stairs curve and the banister is on the ‘thin’ side of the stairs (as they were when the houses were built). The original banister mind you is stunningly beautiful. Anyhoo I do have mobility issues so a banister up the other side to the first floor would have been a bit easier for me - but it not being there did not and I stress did not stop me and my family falling in love with the property - even saying we could happily live there. Linda was a wonderful hostess. She did need to pop in as she had left her laptop and was very apologetic. We weren’t bothered - we were there as my son was getting married. I think Linda is a wonderful lady and if we ever return we would have loved to stay here again. It sad to hear she plans to sell the property. We all wish her the best of times on her future endeavours

Disappointing stay

Central location

My two children had to sleep on the sofa and floor because the top two bedrooms smelt of cigarette smoke / damp. The double bedroom on the top floor smelt strongly of cigarettes. Even with a nights airing the room still smelt. The bed was extremely soft and the sheets also had the same lingering musty smell. The top small bedroom smelt of damp. Both triggered my son’s asthma and neither of my adult children could sleep in those rooms. They spent two sleepless nights on the sofa and floor downstairs instead. They couldn’t sleep on the sofa bed as it was broken and the mattress was extremely springy. The house needs updating and a deep clean. It’s like staying in someone else’s house - with an unclean shower tiles and stained carpet. The middle two bedrooms were fine, well aired, clean and comfortable. In the spare room though the single sheet had a hole in it and the mattress protector popped through. This has the makings of an excellent property but needs a deep clean, top two bedrooms need to be sorted for damp / smell / redecorated. The sofa bed is not fit for purpose and is broken. Currently fine if you want to just use the middle double room and single room. Not for a larger group currently as top bedrooms are not up to standard. There are better rentals locally and cheap budget hotels centrally that provide the same but at a better quality and price. Could be wonderful if some time was spent on it. Was not good value for us as two out of four of our family did not sleep well. Will not use again. Definitely don’t stay here if anyone has asthma / allergies.

Faboulous family holiday in very friendly Scotland

Great location to discover Scotland, Perth is a great small city. Nice pubs, nice nature around it. We did some walks to Kinnoul Hill and were treated to some great views. We had a very nice family holiday!

the only thing worth mentioning is the front door, it doesn't close easy. The rest of the house is very nice and location is nice and quiet while being in the city center. Parking is easy once you get the Ringo app to work.

Good stay and hosts very helpful and although we had problems they did sort them out quickly.

Really lovely property and hosts were very helpful and informative. They were also very welcoming. We had a problem with the boiler and shower but these were dealt with very swiftly, within the hour for the boiler.

Perfect perth stay

We couldn't of asked for nicer accommodation. Wish we could if stayed longer. We stayed as a group of 3 Mums with 4 girls, enough space for everyone, beds super comfy and location spot on for watching gymnastics competition at Bell's Sports centre (15 min walk) We will definitely be booking again. Thank you.
