Location and setting in the woods
Difficult to find - no reply from contact number when looking for directions.
Difficult to find specific chalet as no visible ID until at chalet door - not visible from car parking area. Outside lighting not working as we arrived after dark (due to difficulty finding the site)

Lovely and clean inside everything you need hot tub was great
The outside decking going in to the property and the back where the hot tub was was very dirty needed a good clean the dorma windows were filthy mostly bird poo sticks leaves

Bedding clean, and bed was comfortable.
Large TV and plenty of channels.
Very spacious lodge.
Crockery and cutlery needed to be washed
Vanity light not working, sockets at same not working. Garden area needs upgrading. Outside tables were filthy, stairs to hot tub covered in dirt. Only 1 teabag in complementary tea tray. Bedroom carpet wet on patches, walking in bare feet was not nice. Freezer compartment had not been defrosted and a used bag of ice was left. Basically this lodge needs a lot of TLC. My husband has just finished chemo and we were looking for a relaxing stay, to which we had and the hot tub was a lovely treat.
