Villas Bukit Lipah

Wir hatten einen Tag Verspätung durch einen Sturm in HK, aber das Hotel kam uns liebevoll und fürsorglich entgegen und hat uns eine kostenfreie Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts angeboten. Unsere Ankunft war Mitten in der Nacht, aber wir hatten super lecker vorbereitetes Essen im Kühlschrank mit Getränke~ vielen Dank! Die Unterkunft ist stylisch, sauber, sehr gut geplant und traumhaft schön. Es ist einfach ein Traum und überall kann man sich entspannen und genießen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Der Spa ist ebenfalls ein traum~ Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Die Anfahrt dorthin war schon sehr anstrengend

So, so beautiful. Staying here feels like living in a luxurious wooden cabin, (actually it is a modern villa!) surrounded by nature while enjoying every modern comfort. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning. We were truly speechless when we arrived. A unique and unforgettable place that we would highly recommend.

It has potential, but there’s still a lot of work to be done even though the place is fairly new.

Beautiful location, but the road getting there is a disaster. We asked to be picked up by taxi upon arrival, but no taxi showed up. The hotel didn’t answer the phone, so we had to arrange our own transportation. No apology. We were promised an NMax scooter would be available when we arrived — it wasn’t. Calling the hotel a “luxury villa” is quite an exaggeration. The bed was rock hard with worn-out bed linen. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and no matter how much we flushed, the smell remained. The towels were thin and torn. Even though the hotel is fairly new, it already feels very worn down. The pool was full of dead black caterpillars, and the sofas by the pool were dirty. On two occasions we ordered room service but had to go to the restaurant ourselves to pick up the food. There was plenty of staff, yet they seemed completely disengaged. We spoke with guests in a neighboring villa, and they also felt the hotel had many shortcomings. Considering the price, we expected much more. We barely even received a goodbye when we left.
