Nice room with furnished patio area, good breakfast. Small pool area. Right on the beach front.

Enjoyed the beach location so close to the resort. Loved being able to walk to so many places around and those that we couldn't walk to the shuttle took us
They didn't have our room available the day of check in and put us inn a room in an adjacent resort for one night. They helped us move and were kind about it but it was annoying to have to move twice. No tv in room.

The location is great. Right on the Lipah beach. You can swim, snorkel, enjoy the views. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The shuttle service is a life saver in a place with no grab.
It is very dirty. We had to ask housekeeping to change all our sheets as wasn’t possible to sleep on them. They cleaned the room properly following day.
The fan makes impossibly loud noise, but you need to prevent bad odour and dampness. The room design is ugly.
Overall given the price point, the expectations were much higher.
