View of the sea, basically on the beach. Lovely pink blossom, the food was good, breakfast standard, but evening meal, very tasty. The main woman is gay ran the place was helpful

Perfect beachside holiday

Loved staying here. The hosts were so lovely and attentive. Snorkeling right outside your front door. The warung is in the beach and the food is delicious and fresh. Loved the Mahi Mahi green curry and very good price. Would definitely stay again

Fab location and service

Lovely homestay, with a comfy bed (no blanket but in the tropics don't need it), clean bathroom with towels, good working aircon and a ceiling fan fan. Perfect location right on the beach and within 100meteres of a shop and other restaurants (though the homestays restaurant was the best). Best was owner/manager Komang who was amazing, nothing was too difficult for her to organise: whether it was getting a last minute driver or a meal for a person with a food restriction.

There is a huge window between bedroom and bathroom, it has a curtain, but it doesn't cover it all.

Amazing place and amazing owner

Everything! I felt at home immediately, the owner is lovely and super helpful. I particularly appreciated her help to organize my perfect day tour, she knows a lot about the area and she recommended a very professional driver to me. The room was big and clean, the bed is very confortable. The view and location are absolutely amazing. From sunrise to sunset it's always a pleasure. The breakfast was good too. There is a pretty snorkeling spot 200m from the room, where you can see even turtles. (The owner can also lend you eveything you need for snorkeling). There are many nice cafés, restaurants, local warung, laundry places, and great spa in the street where the hotel is located.

The only detail : a 24/24h access to drinking water fontain would be great.

Our favorite stay in Bali!

The personnel was amazing! The owner treated us like family and was always super helpful!! Breakfast is amazing and just a perfect start before going on a dive. The beach is directly in front of the hotel! The room is nice and the bed really comfortable.

There is live music (especially on Friday and Saturday) until 11 p.m. which can be very loud. We knew it beforehand, so it was not a problem at all as it is very silent afterwards. :)

It was a little noisy at night due to the restaurant outside my room (could also hear talking in the other rooms), due to its location there were many ants in the room, floor in the shower area was a little dirty

Очень хорошее расположение, прямо у воды. Приятно ужинать прям на берегу. Очень понравилась хозяйка- прекрасная женщина.

Жаль, что нам достался номер самый худший в отеле. Не рекомендую номер напротив ресторана. Он требует обновления. Остальные номера- прекрасны. И выглядит гораздо дороже, чем их цена.Но при этом мы остановились довольны. Плюсов больше

Supertolle Lage direkt am Strand, konnte von meinem Bett auf das Meer schauen, leckeres Frühstück, Super freundliches Personal. Man kann Flughafenshuttle buchen, Schnorcheltours etc. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Werde wieder kommen.

Amed Delem Family

We hadden 2 nachten geboekt en hebben er 2 bijgeboekt. Heel vriendelijke mevrouw. Lekker ontbijtje aan het strand. Alles waar de om vroeg activiteiten, brommers, lekkere restaurantjes, goeie spa's, taxi's,... ze regelde alles met een glimlach en aan goeie prijzen. Een echte aanrader!

Best leuk voor weinig geld

De omgeving is gezellig met veel winkeltjes en restaurants en je zit direct aan zee. De familie die het runt is erg gastvrij.

De entree is niet erg uitnodigend, maar eenmaal door de steeg oogt het best leuk en staan er mooie huisjes. We wisten dat het zand op het strand zwart zou zijn, maar niet dat je alleen met schoenen de zee in kan door de vele stenen die overgaan in rotsen. Omdat er ook geen zwembad is, besloten wij om ons plan om naar de Gili's te gaan wat eerder in te zetten.

Комната полностью соответствовала моим ожиданиям. Выход на пляж. Аскетично, но есть всё необходимое. В душе горячая вода. Кондиционер работает и не шумит. Wi-Fi стабильный. Приятные хозяева. Расслабленная атмосфера. Хороший завтрак. Видел в других отзывах жалобы на варунг перед комнатами. Во время моего проживания он закрывался около 10 часов вечера, никаких неудобств не доставлял. Дорога достаточно далеко, шум байков не мешал спать.

Есть несколько мелких неудобств, которые хорошо бы поправить. Заезд на парковку очень сложный. Полотенца для душа пора заменить. В душе нет вентиляции, поэтому ощущается сырость. Столик на террасе низкий, неудобно сидеть за ноутбуком.

Li falta ventilació als lavabos, fa pudor de tancat. La nit de divendres només soroll de les onades; nit de dissabte, música a volum elevat d'un local pròxim fins les 23:00.

Soggiorno semplice ma perfetto per rilassarsi

struttura molto semplice, ma al contempo con tutti i comfort. la stanza era pulitissima ed il bagno era bello grande. c’é un patio con sedie e tavolino che affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia, non c’é bisogno di salire in strada, dalla spiaggia si puó fare tutto, anche passeggiare la sera e raggiungere i vari ristoranti. la struttura stessa offre servizio ristorazione, abbiamo mangiato bene. colazione buona. la signora é stata gentilissima, ci ha trovato un taxi in un giorno di festa, dovevamo raggiungere l’aeroporto e nessuno era disponibile, lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno semplice ma di qualità

Magnifique, proche du paradis !

Les petites villas très confortables et dans un cadre magnifique en bord de mer L'accueil de la propriétaire et son aide pour organiser les balades et transferts. Le site de snorkling dénommé Pyramides, qui côtoie l'hôtel et permet même de voir des tortues L'emplacement au pied du Mont Agung, idéal pour les couchers de soleil

Adresse conviviale pour qq jours à Amed, en bord de plage

Petit Homestay familial (8 chambre environ). La vue sur la plage, son bougainvillier, le Warung géré par la famille propose de bons plats. Charmant personnel. Organise le snorkeling avec la bateau familial (700k roupies pour une famille). Site à 50m d'un site de snorkeling agréable (tortue, murène...) Magnifique vue depuis la plage sur le LEVER et COUCHER de Soleil et son volcan Agung.

L'accès depuis a route ne fait pas trop envie. Rajouter un porte-serviette dans la salle de bains serait bien ;-) libérer les oiseaux en cage...

Bonne localisation et bon prix pour une chambre de base.

Le déjeuner était super et le personnel était sympathique et très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Les employés nous ont même aidés à trouver des activités dans les alentours.

La chambre aurait besoin de quelques améliorations, la salle de bain avait une odeur d’humidité et la porte avant avait une grande fente qui laisse entrer les moustiques.

Séjour exceptionnel

La famille est exceptionnelle de gentillesse: j'ai du aller à l'hôpital et ils se sont mobilisés pour m'y emmener le soir (30mn de route après avoir fait 2 cliniques avant) . Le chauffeur est resté avec nous toute la soirée à nous attendre à l'hôpital et n'a pas voulu nous faire payer. L'hôtel est en bord de mer . La nourriture est excellente !! Notre séjour a été parfait ( sauf le passage aux urgences of course 🤣)

Emplacement incroyable, calme, face à la mer, le warrung (restaurant) sur place est excellent. Toute la famille Delem est aux petits soins, je me suis sentie très bien ! Départ en snorkeling du homestay ! (tortues !!!) La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes. Le lit super confortable.

Accueil très chaleureux de toute la famille. Les chambres sont grandes et très confortable et donnent directement sur la plage d’où on peut partir faire du snorkelling. Restaurant est aussi excellent avec du poisson frais.
