The view from our room was exceptional and the view from the pool also. Great restaurants close by and snorkeling. The staff are so friendly. What a great locaton.

We loved this place because of its fantastic location! Right above Lipah beach which we think is the best beach in Amed. The infinity pool is amazing and our 2bedroom was so great! Kids up the back is in the front with our own private balcony to watch the sunrise and the sunset over Mt Agung, and having a kitchen was actually so great. The staff here are beautiful and attentive and the included breakfast is great. The rooms are cleaned everyday which is such a nice touch and it’s a super easy walk down to the beach for the best Warung Asri and snorkelling. They helped us with transport to and from airport and also with scooter hire.

Our room at the very top of the hotel site was amazing, with it's own garden including private sun loungers and amazing views over the bay. The infinity pool is around the middle section (in height elevation) of the property and was refreshing with a great view over the bay. The staff are super helpful and friendly, carrying out suitcases up the steps was not expected. The breakfast is quite simple but tasty and was included. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance but only a short taxi ride to the busier part of Amed if required. There were two very friendly dogs that wandered the property and seemed to adopt us.

The breakfast was not available until 8am. There was an unsightly building site next to our apartment but we could cover it slightly with a blind and there didn't appear to be any work ongoing, so it didn't disturb us. The roads downhill are very uneven, you definitely need a torch as I twisted my ankle the first night without one.
