Beautiful villas, Friendly staff & very relaxing 😎

We only stayed for 1 night, which was not long enough. This place was stunning & great value for money. The villas had been renovated a year prior and they were amazing. They were perfect for our short stay. Very comfortable and clean. Wifi was strong, smart tv and there was free filtered water for us to drink. G’day our host, was helpful. He arranged a massage at our villa for $15 AUD each & thankfully he arrange driver to return back to Sanur for $65 AUD (100km - 3hr drive) - We tried on a few occasions to get a Gojek or Grab and there not really in the area. They kept cancelling our ride… He also offered to arrange a boat to take us out for a snorkel, which we wish we had the time to do. There are a few local restaurants and nearby hotels with amazing restaurants - within a short walking distance. Nearby super market and dive shops near by. There is a warang at the top of the property, where you can arrange breakfast too. But there is a full equipped kitchen to cook your own feed. 5 stars for this property!!!

Hire yourself a scooter, it’s need in this location. I’m sure if you ask the host he would be able to arrange transport. I did ask if there a chairs down at the beach, but we were advised no. Honestly, I couldn’t really fault this place…

Fabulous and relaxing

Lovely staff, great location with great restaurants ( warungs) only a short walk away. Lips h beach is walking distance too. Bed is one of the comfiest in Bali. We really enjoyed relaxing looking at the ocean and pool.

Only comment would be that the shampoo provided isn’t the best so would recommend you bring your own.

Wonderful stay

The place is very quiet. Wonderful view and a direct access to the sea. Good spot to snorkel. Bonus you can get massage by the pool for 150k ! Excellent stay. People are very kind we highly recommend.

The big house is shared in two villas so you will have to share the big pool and the terrace.

Overall this villa and location was great!

Fantastic view and great staff. Lovely pool and well equipped kitchen and filtered water (including an ice tray). Breakfast (not included) delivered right to villa which was lovely. Walking distance to several good restaurants and even to Lipah Beach for excellent snorkeling off of sand beach. No sidewalks so need to take care when walking.

Minor things but letting others know before they reserve. Would have liked a location to hang up clothes in the upstairs bedroom (there was a drying rack for wet clothes outside). Also the bathroom for upper room was outside requiring going up and down stairs to access. Not ideal if needing to use in middle of the night.

Beautifully clean, wonderful ocean view. Lots of lovely places to sit and relax, even a roof top jacuzzi!

A guest from last week had lost the white ball from the pool table! (Not the hotel’s fault). But, we were here for a short weekend and it is self catering with no hotel restaurant or food provision at all. Beautiful for a longer stay but not ideal for a short weekend when we were mostly out snorkelling and diving!

We had a kind of duplex with the infinity pool type villa , the pool is shared with the other side of the villa / there’s a common wall but it’s private inside . Kind of feels a bit awkward when the guests in the other side are also using the pool as the pool is located more in front of the other side

Way beyond our already high expectations.

From the moment the very pleasant guy on reception opened the front door we were absolutely amazed by what we saw. It was like having our very own Balinese mansion for the next four nights. The property backed right onto the sea, where there was the most beautiful coral garden with loads of marine life. So much is included in the house and grounds that we didn’t get to use a lot of it, but we much appreciated the 6 spacious double bedrooms, some with their own private lounge area and semi-outdoor shower rooms. Upstairs is a large balcony area with a small pool, and in the garden a lovely swimming pool with an infinity view over the sea. The other pool is a pool table, in its own semi-open building in the garden. Much fun was had there with a beer and food. The garden area also has beautiful murals, furniture and planting. Inside the house there are more murals, a fish pond which extends out into the garden, and wonderfully ornate carved wooden panels. The staff are fantastic, and willing to help with any request. We loved our time here, and appreciated the relaxed lifestyle of the property and the area. Could easily spend a very happy month here! 😊

Beautiful stay at Onlyou villa

We loved the villa itself, such a lovely spot and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with ocean view.The private pool was so so great.So many pluses to this place.The staff were always there to help with a friendly face.They even presented me with a Birthday cake and candles, I was overjoyed!

The only improvement I can say that it needs is a much bigger air conditioner upstairs in the main bedroom, it seemed a bit too warm considering the size of the room perhaps.

Smells moldy, good view, helpful staff

The view is very nice from the second floor and the staff is coordinating, helpful. When we had a problem with the place, they helped us to move in another place.

Unfortunately the place smells moldy and after the first night we couldn’t stay. We had a very disturbing sleep. Even tho we opened the doors and the windows and the AC was constantly on, the smell was there. We were in Amed only for two days. We had to change our place in our short trip. It was time and energy consuming.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location but could do with some upgrades

Amazing location and fantastic villa with so much space. Walking distance to a great beach for snorkelling. Beautiful pool and so much outdoor places to sit and soak up the sea.

The kitchen didn’t have everything that you would expect. We had to ask for wine glasses and tea towels. Luckily there were lots of great restaurants close to the villa. On our first day my 6 year old son noticed a man IN OUR HOUSE!!! He came in, saw my son and turned and walked out again. We also had 2 men walking into the garden which was meant to be private. When we told the staff, they didn’t know who they were. To say we felt unsafe was an understatement, especially with 2 young kids.

Good stay

Location, location, location! The villa was clean and the bathroom is gorgeous- open air. It's located in a quieter place in Amed, but, not too far from the restaurants and beaches. Super easy to get around with a scooter. The pool is nice too

perfect spot to unwind and relax

the Villa is beautiful, set next to the beach with the private spot where you can swim or snorkel. beds were super comfortable, clean room, amazing space outdoor with seating area and small kitchen. a little away from the city centre but this for us was added value as it was super private and quiet. breakfast served to your room was simple and delicious. fresh juices were scrumptious.

Very nice spot on the eastern edge of Amed. Huge pool and lovely view of the sea.

Loved staying at the big 6 bedroom villa at the front of Onlyou Villas. The pool is very big (for being all to yourself in Amed) and the house itself had a very cozy vibe, with two very nice bedrooms on the top floor with their own tubs, outdoor showers, and great views of the ocean. Really liked the communal living room area, we were there as family and it was great to hang out there.

The hot tub upstairs doesn't actually have a heating element so it went unused. Although there are six bedrooms, there are only 4 bathrooms and they are somewhat awkwardly positioned, so I think it is rare you'd ever want to use all six bedrooms. The two bedrooms upstairs have ensuite bathrooms which are very nice, but the 4 bedrooms downstairs realistically need to each share two bathrooms, one of which is a bathroom that is basically directly in the living room. The other bathroom is off of one of the bedrooms, so you need to walk through it if the 3rd bedroom wants to share. In other words, don't stay here with 6 separate people or something like that. Worked out well for us with 2 single guys and 2 couples. There is a breakfast provided by the restaurant upstairs, but it is not included and honestly not great value for money. I'd go to one of the actual breakfast places in Amed instead. Related to that – the location is a bit far from the center of Amed so you'll want your own transport probably.

My family and I were glad that we were there only for 2 nights. we were extremely disappointed. I deti that the owners

The view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious. There was an infinity swimming pool which my children enjoyed. There were plenty of cutlery and dishes and mugs.

The villa needs maintenance. All doors did not close completely and there were gaps under the doors so the air-condition air does not stay in the room and insects as well as mosquitoes comes through the gaps. The bottom area of the villa where there is a bar was not cleaned and the cupboards had broken doors. One out of two pool lights were not working. Jacuzzi was not working. There is no microwave and toaster in the kitchen. Bathrooms did not have hand towels. Four out of Five bathrooms did not have hand soap. There is no night receptionist and the manager ( who we never saw ) can only be contacted by WhatsApp. The receptionist was not helpful when we asked for some ice. The main office didn’t have a printer so I couldn’t print our tickets. The air-conditions didn’t go beyond 18C. In this weather of 26/28C it was hot in the rooms. There was no iron and ironing board.

Very good

The property was clean, comfortable, scenic and colocated with a nice restaurant that provided a great breakfast. My only wishes were for the hot water in the shower to work better and that the hotel provided cable tv service.
