Perfect location, stay in private luxury

Highly recommend this Villa! We stayed in Villa 2, the Villa that is higher up the hill. Everything was perfect, great decor, comfortable beds, the infinity pool was in excellent condition and clean. The outdoor patio contained the kitchen, dining and lounge area, with two identical bedrooms, each with their own en-suite side by side. With separate entries, this Villa makes it perfect for families and friends alike. The views are incredible!!!! The fact that it is higher up the hill and a little more difficult to get to than staying on the beach was a bonus in our opinion as it was further away from traffic. The little track down to the main Street, while a bit rugged was very handy, you just walk around the boulders and use them as steps, and it takes less than 5 minutes to get down to the street/beach. The hosts are so very thoughtful and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. They offer activities, scooter hire, drivers, massages and anything to assist with your stay. We ordered breakfast and dinner daily via Adi Resto-ordered via WhatsApp and delivered fresh to our villa. The hosts ensured their menu was available. WiFi worked perfectly and the daily servicing ensured we came back to a freshly cleaned room after a day of activities. We would stay here again, 100%-thank you for being such fantastic hosts!!!

A unique view to the horizon while watching the boats sail by

The view was fantastic. We started and finished every day with a swim in the pool. The bed was very comfortable and loved the shower. The staff Dewi, Wayan and Adi greeted us every day with a friendly smile and chat. A short walk to Lipah Beach for snorkeling around the coral. The local food is also recommended. We had a friendly guest one night with a local Luwak joining us in the kitchen looking for food.

Other than needing better pots and pans for cooking the rice villa was perfect.

The staff are superb, they accommodated our early check in because we needed to move out from our prev hotel due to bed bugs. Then, again let us checkout at 1pm due to our snorkeling debacle

Gorgeous view with a lovely dining/ lounge area and pool to enjoy it from

The view from this villa is gorgeous and the pool stays warm late into the evening. The friendly staff are at a reception desk behind/up the stairs from the villa and are available for anything you might need, but you still feel like you have a lot of privacy. We received a generous fruit basket our first morning, which was delightful. They also had a blender so that we could make smoothies! It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach (although a fair few stairs) and several great restaurants/ cafes within short walking distance.

You can hear everything between the two ensuite bathrooms. The mattresses were too soft for two of us (who prefer firm mattresses).

Cleanest villa in bali

View is spectacular. Service and food amazing. This is a very very clean property!! I was so happy i booked here. They will scooter u down to the beach and organise all trips for you nothing is to hard. Did i say this place is super clean!!!

Superb

The Villa has a stunning view from the pool. The staff were helpful and organised the things we requested reasonably promptly (laundry, yoga mats and scooters) and replaced a broken toaster when requested. The kitchen was very well stocked compared to some other places we have been as well :)

The check in process was a bit strange - had to wait around in the Adi Shop for a while without much communication from the people that worked there. The road up to the house was pretty knarly - our driver didn't want to go up it the second time so we met him at the bottom.

Beautiful location short stay

The villa and pool were beautiful.

The climb to and from the beach is awkward as you have to climb down through rocks and dirt in what looks like someone's garden and past their house from when the property steps end to get down to the main road / beach. Quality of outsourced and recommended services didn't reflect the expectations or quality in keeping with the villa.

The property was beautiful - the view impeccable. The location was so close to Lipah Beach for amazing snorkeling. The host and staff were attentive and we had everything we needed when we asked.

Very good

The villa itself is beautiful, with the pool, sea view, outside area and the bath. Fresh fruits on arrival. The daily cleaning service was doing a great job. The short walking path down to the street and beach was not as bad for us as others reported.

The stay in the beautiful villa was unfortunately covered a bit by the staff which is continously „offering“ services like mountain tours, epuipment for snorkeling, transport, etc. Already on the first day we kindly asked the villas manager for some freedom to choose on our own which services we want to ask for (a list of all offered services is on the villas table alteady). He apologized and promised some additional fresh fruits for the next day. The fruits we got on the 2nd last day after asking for them 2 times. Furthermore we still were asked for transport and other services regularly by different staff. We also booked a hiking tour over the villas manager and on the way back the driver was offering us to stop-by his favorite Warung to eat together. We thought it‘s a nice opportunity for some get-together with locals so we agreed. This offer ended in us guests sitting alone at a table without him but paying for his bill in the end. (he seemed to know the owner) We really don‘t think that this is what we all agreed on. Maybe it is part of their business service and we didnt know. Those experiences gave us an unpleasant and stressful „side taste“ on our stay in Villa Aska, not best for a relaxed stay which this villa first looks like.

Wonderful ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, clean place and pool. Amazing place for staying out of everything. Beach is less than 5 min walk. And don't forget to watch the skies at night, if there are no clouds.

Turvaton olo kohteessa.

Huono. Korkealla vuorella erittäin huonon tien päässä. Villalle menevä tie oli sateella jopa poikki. Villalta rannalle johtavia portaita ei voinut käyttää, koska oli tietyömaa ja reittiä ei päässyt kulkemaan. Villalle johtavan tien varrella oli turvatonta kävellä, irtokoirat piirittivät ja murisevat, kun koitimme kävellä Villalle. Jouduimme hankkimaan skootterikyydin päästäksemme perille koirien ohitse. Kaikki liikkuminen villalta edellytti taksikyytiä, joten se toi paljon lisäkustannuksia majoittumiseen. Sijainti keskellä paikallisasutusta ei toiminut. Kova meteli, koirat haukkui yötä päivää kovaäänisesti. Alue oli pelottava paikka majoittua. En majoittuisi Amedissa ikinä enää villan alueelle. Amedin hyvä majoittumis - ja palvelualue sijaitsee kaukana villalta, noin 10-15min taksimatkan päässä. Villan vieressä oli lehmien pitopaikka.

Mainittuna jo yllä syyt miksi en pitänyt majoituksesta. Turvaton alue, kaikki palvelut taksimatkan päässä ja erittäin huono tie villalle. En voi suositella villaa kenellekään kyseisten seikkojen vuoksi.

Чудесная вилла, прекрасный вид, много посуды на кухне, есть блендер для смузи. Многих смущала дорога до пляжа, но там сделали бетонную лестницу, спускаться вниз 2-3 минуты, на байке тоже очень быстро. Удобная кровать, всегда была горячая вода

Много насекомых и гусениц, в других районах было меньше, но нас это не смущало

Il faudrait juste préciser sur l'annonce que le chemin d'accès est très difficile d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de moyen de transport proposés à Amed.
