Great villa, great location, great staffs

This is a really nice villa, next to the sea. The staff was from a great support to organise activities and to prepare the breakfast. A big thanks to them !

Please note that there is almost all the time somebody taking care about the villa while we were there, even if they were discreet. It would be great to concentrate the taking care of the villa during the morning.

Perfect

I really don’t want to write a good review for this villa because you’re all gonna want to go there. It’s a beautiful, well designed, two double bedroom villa with everything you could possibly need, in a stunning location with amazing views. It has a very private garden looking directly out to sea with a lovely pool and numerous sunbathing areas. It’s close to the local little town with restaurants, food shops, cash point etc. The house keeper and cook were lovely and very helpful. What more can I say other than I wasn’t there long enough! What ever you do, don’t tell anyone how great this place is.

Location was fabulous with lovely views and Kadek and Maide were wonderful hosts, looking after all our needs.

The bed was a little hard and the road to the villa needs repair.

Amazing villa.

Amazing proximity to and view of the ocean. Large immaculately maintained grounds and house with tropical gardens, pool and gazebo. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds with fresh white linen. The 2 bedrooms are identical with large beds, air con. en suites and views/doors to pool, gardens and ocean. Great house for 2 couples. Hosts are lovely people. They cooked our delicious breakfasts (menu to select from) and also made our dinner 2 nights, both meals were amazing, especially the seafood bbq. They also organised scooter rental, snorkelling gear and a boat trip for us. So accomodating of our needs. The villa is at the northern quieter end of Amed so away from the bustle. Several cafes close by including Good Stuff Cafe and Eco Store where we enjoyed a 2 meals and bought local craft. We had 4 massages at the villa and highly recommend. Live this place and would definitely return.

The villa, garden and its location right on the beach are stunning. The staff were lovely and very attentive. They even prepared a breakfast for us at 4:30am!

Unwind and Relax

Tranquil, stylish and fabulous team. Thank you to manager Kadek. Nothing too much trouble, in house meals were scrumptious and value for money. Services such as in house massages and transport for snorkelling trips were also fantastic. Location a little away from main centre of Amed, however you can easily walk along beach ( quicker) to access restaurants. Some fabulous places to eat just a 5-15 minute stroll away in streets behind Villa.

Lovely villa with excellent manager who also cooks up a storm in the kitchen!

Breakfast was excellent every day. We placed our order the day before and it was cooked fresh by Kadek and his friends every morning. The location was ruined a bit by the shocking access road to the front door. It was so pot-holed and flooded that cars could barely drive down it and walking was not possible.

The property was lovely, fantastic views especially of Mount Agung from the upper level. Access to the beach for morning walks was good and I loved that the rooms were separate especially when sharing.

The bed was a little hard for me and it is a little out of town but easy to use a driver to take you anywhere.

Stunning, relaxing Villa in Amed

A beautiful villa in a quiet location. Relaxing, with excellent staff who cooked incredible breakfasts. Staff were very responsive to our needs. The photos don't do justice, it is absolutely stunning with an incredible 'feel'❣️🤍

A bit remote and further away from the main area of Amed where the shops are than we expected. Walking wasn't an option so transport was necessary.

Exceptionally clean

beautiful private seeing on the sea front. loved the immaculate garden and swimming pool cabana.

We unfortunately had lots of rain which meant walking from the villa was unpleasant and actually impassable by foot during high tide. Also, the sea was very dirty with the heavy rain so would not recommend swimming in the sea at this time and no visibility for snorkelling which was our purpose of staying in Amed. However, we are aware this is just a rainy season issue and could not fault the villa or staff.

Overall, we loved our stay at Ashling Villa.

The breakfast was great, it was nice that you could choose what you wanted and at what time. The whole property was extremely well maintained and clean. We loved it!

The only thing that could be improved is the access to the pool and ocean. The pool is gorgeous but needs better steps in and out, it was very difficult to get out of. Also, just need one more step at the bottom of the steps that access the beach, the big drop made it difficult to step up and down.

Comfortable stay, great views, nice staff

View and gardens were lovely. Spacious bedrooms with big ensuites and a great roof balcony with views of Mt Agung and the sea. Comfortable spaces and good air conditioning throughout to beat the heat. Netflix was a big positive! we happily binged a few shows.

A bit dated/old and quite outside of town. would have liked a better equipped kitchen and some staples like oil, sugar, seasonings, etc. Not enough to cook a proper meal.

We had a very memorable experience - a week was not long enough!

Fantastic locations, and wonderful hosts. Our hosts, Made and Kadek made our experience exceptional and a memorable one. Also Lina the property manager went above and beyond in helping us in a sticky situation even after we have left the property and staying at another place.

Perfect.

It is unique. Everything was beautiful, better than the pictures. It was spotlessly clean. Nearest restaurants 5 minutes walk on the beach. Kadek is a great home manager - very helpful and welcoming. Thank you very much. We would love to come back to Ashling Villa.

The only thing I do not recommend is the manicure service - the ladies were very nice but had very poor quality tools. We were with my daughter in a SPA in a different place in Bali and the quality was incomparably higher there.

My mum and I had the most amazing stay at Ashling Villa. The house was absolutely incredible - clean, beautiful and loads of amenities. I cannot begin to express how kind, thoughtful, smart and accomodating the staff are. We absolutely loved spending time at Ashling, no detail spared whatsoever. Ashling Villa was certainly the highlight of our trip and we will 100% be back to stay again with the beautiful crew! Thank you Kadek, Made and Andy for your 10/10 service on our stay. We are grateful for the beautiful house, food and company provided by you all. Nothing was ever too much to ask. I could go on forever about how amazing this place is - I only wish I could live there.

The service was great.

Staff people are great. Always alert in case of you need anything. Cleaning service and cook SUPERB. It's sad that they didnt have new towels as all of it are with yellow spots and black. I recommend to the owner to buy a new towels. One of our staff told us that the towels had more than 6 years!! That's inacceptable for the price that we pay for the villa.

Traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am eigenen Strand mit allen Vorzügen eines Hotels

Die Aslin Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gab nichts, was wir am Haus hätten beanstanden können. Genossen haben wir neben dem tollen Pool auch die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und den privaten Strand direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Personal war ausgeprochen freundlich, gründlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder vorgebrachte Wunsch wurde zuverlässig, schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt (Dinner im Haus, Mieten eines Scooters, Transporte).

Die Lage der Villa ist - naturgemäß - nicht direkt in Amed. Über den Strand lässt sich der Ort rasch erreichen, allerdings war dies mit Kindern nicht immer einfach machbar. Die Verfügbarkeit von Grab-Fahrer/innen ist in Amed eingeschränkt, so dass man auf andere Transporte angewiesen ist (die aber durch das Personal der Villa organisiert wurden). Die angebotenen Speisen in der Villa waren relativ unspektakulär, aber qualitativ einwandfrei.

Alles! Kadek die altijd bereikbaar is voor welk verzoek dan ook. Het heerlijk ontbijt en diner dat wordt gemaakt door de meest lieve vrouw des huizes en de tuinman die zorgde voor de prachtige tuin en alles wat hij daar nog omheen deed. Superbe emplacement sur la mer. Magnifique villa avec belle piscine, accès direct à la plage et plusieurs terrasses donnant sur la baie d'Amed et sur le mont Agung. Wunderschöne entspannte Tage.

Die Größe und Aufteilung waren perfekt für uns als Familie. Der Blick war toll. Zudem waren die Betten sehr bequem.

Die Straße zum Haus war bei Regen komplett überschwemmt, so dass wir durchs Wasser zum Haus waten mussten.
