Amazing little hideaway

A beautiful family holiday in Amed

We stayed in Villa Dragon as a family of 6. It was perfect for our group. The villa was beautiful - spotlessly clean and they came to service the pool and villa each day. Kitchen is well stocked for self catering and it was great having a supermarket right out front. Amed is a bit tricky for walking on the street (especially with kids) so we were pleased with the beach shuttle - a great service. Lovely staff and the food at the restaurant was delicious and fresh!

We loved everything. Other guests should be aware that, like many villas in Bali, the kitchen and living areas are outdoors. Just bring mosquitoes repellent (the villa kindly supplies room spray) and long sleeves for evenings. You are in nature and there are frogs, cats, chickens, bats and all sorts of beautiful butterflies in the gardens. Enjoy it!

Great villa for Amed holidays

We stayed in Villa Wayan. As usual with Villa Adi, they give good attention to bedrooms and beds. They are the most wonderful with large beds, great A/C, comfortable pillows, everything to provide great rest. The private pool is always welcomed.

Perhaps the private pool didn't feel too private but it is not a big deal. Villa Adi has somewhat limited parking for cars but again, it is not a good idea to bring / rent a car in Amed anyway. If you intend to work during your trip, then it is not a good villa, as you don't get any reasonable work desk / area.

Most wonderful long term say in Amed.

We stayed in Villa Lush. I think it is one of the most comfortable in Villa Adi complex. Yes, it doesn't have a pool but you are getting much larger bedrooms, lots of work desk space if you need to work while travelling, fully enclosed (though without AC) kitchen / living room; and yes - the most wonderful garden around the property.

One of bathrooms has a "leaking" roof that allows too much rain water in. Plus, I would love to get a stronger fan or an A/C in the kitchen / living room area. Of course, the kitchen utensils and cookware could have been better. I mean it is cheap and could be changed frequently please.

The privacy, the size of the pool, the location.

The toilets smelt like cow poo. There were lots and lots of bugs and lizards all over the property. It’s like glamping rather than staying at a house.

Beautiful experience at Adi Villa

Beautiful lush property with lovely restaurant and handy shop onsite stocking everything you need, all owned by a Balinese family. The villa was just perfect, clean gorgeous pool, plenty of space. You can order food to your room/villa by whatsapp. Staff were so friendly too! Would stay again

Very comfortable villas in beautiful gardens

Villa Dragon was exceptional for our family of six. Beautiful gardens and a sizeable private swimming pool outside very comfortable well appointed rooms. We had dinner from the restaurant delivered multiple times and enjoyed it in our living room, a very special place to connect with family. The buggy was a great complimentary service to the beach and you could pay to take the buggy to other venues also. This is very helpful if you don’t ride motorbikes or have lots of kids like we did.

Perfect.dreamy peaceful

The pool was exceptional. Clean. Huge and had places of shade. Loved it so much. The gardens were divine and the peace of the villa fabulous. We stayed in villa garden. I MUST recommend the pastries at the shop on front yummmm

With no reflexion or fault of property. The road works in Amed makes everything dusty and dirty. Very dangerous to walk along road or footpath. Made us enjoy the villa we had as our little oasis

Wonderful relaxing accomodation away from the hustle bustle to visit great snorkel sites and enjoy warm and friendly Bal

Spacious, clean 2 BR villa with ensuites, comfortable common areas for relaxing, well stocked kitchen with drinking water included, great pool and garden. All villa facilites were well maintained. The adjacent Adi Resto provided great food and the ADI shop with ATM was very convenient.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. While the location was a little way from beaches, the shuttle bus services was excellent to 2 brilliant snorkel beaches.

Beautiful place, great location. Eat elsewhere.

Villa was gorgeous, rooms are set up well and view is lovely.

Friend was sick for 2 days from the restaurant on property, it is the only place we ate before it happened. Ruined our short holiday plans. Also every night there is some kind of party in the village or at a venue behind the property with music playing from late in the evening. Can't hear it in rooms but if outside it is quite loud.

They wouldn’t help me book my requested massage and only booked their affiliated one which was a hair raising scooter ride away. They were unable to help me book anything else(possibly due to our language barrier).

Beautiful Villa! Limited Facilities

We stayed in Dragon Villa and it was lovely, sheltered, relatively quiet, rooms and beds were very comfortable. They clean the villa everyday if you like. The free shuttle takes you to only 2 beaches. We also stayed in Rooftop villa for a few days which was fine but not as nice as Dragon villa. The Adi Shop had some good options for buying food but no proper meat or fish. It is hard to get good fresh food.

Pricey restaurant and not good cocktails and we didn't do the cooking class because it was alot more expensive than other options. The resort puts a margin on most things so we found it more cost-effective to book our own activities and transport. We like to cook but the kitchen had very limited facilities and we weren't given tea towels.

Ok villas just not worth the price

It was nice to have privacy and own pool in a secluded garden. The outdoor relaxation area had fans, several day beds and loungers for relaxing in the shade after diving. Balinese food options were tasty and well presented. Lovely shuttle driver.

We felt the hotel has aspirations and pricing for a much higher standard than it offers. Normally 4 star means incredible service and luxury facilities elsewhere in Bali. Staff seemed disinterested and not trained, the traditional Balinese welcome was missing. Breakfast was more expensive and not included, western option not well cooked with slices of weird white bread not even toasted.

Luxurious and private with a good sized pool, perfect for families and couples.

Our villa was lovely and private with a relatively large private pool. The restaurant served high quality, good value food that could also be delivered to our villa. Our laundry was well taken care of for a good price.

Most attractions can only be accessed with a driver. Villa Adi offers a free shuttle, however they only allow you to get off at the beach. They will not allow you to disembark at any locations along the route. As a result we had to hire a driver for almost all our excursions outside the villa.

Pool was smaller than it looked in photos and was dirty. No massage here- have to go 15 minutes drive to Abing to place they recommend. Not actually IN Amed - you have to get a scooter to amed

I love everything about Villa Adi, value for money, private,clean, attention to detail. Friendly staff, exceptional food at the on site restaurant with delivery to our Villa. Great AC and ceiling fan & wonderful shower. Free shuttle to nearby beaches and spas if you dont want to ride a scooter.

Beautiful private villa with wonderful staff.

Beautiful private pool villa with everything needed for a relaxing stay in Amed. Our own private comfy space. Villa and Pool cleaned daily. All the staff were amazing lovely people who would do anything to help. Restaurant was fabulous too, we even did a fantastic cooking school there, and they had traditional Balinese dancing one night. Didn't want to leave and will be coming back as soon as we can 😊

I would like to have a work desk and a chair that can be used for temporary work. Something comfortable for 4-5 hrs of work. Unfortunately, there is nothing like that in the Villa.

Fabulous, private hideaway - highly recommend!

Villa was very private and quiet with our own pool. We could cook if we wanted to (we didn’t). The bedrooms were spacious with wardrobes and air conditioning as well as a fan. We loved the open outdoor area with fans and plenty of seating. Adi Resto was fabulous, delicious meals both in the restaurant and room service. The staff were all delightful, nothing was too much trouble.

It would be great if staff provided new pool towels to replace wet ones when cleaning in the morning

Unexpected beauty

booked a last minute trip to Amed for 1 night and was not expecting such a beautiful villa. Clean and fully equipped for cooking etc. also the food from the restaurant is delicious and the rooftop view was so beautiful! Will be back to stay for longer than 1 night next time! Also, we were unaware that at night time they lock the main entrance gate, got back at 1am and called the manager and he was there within 5 minutes to let us in. The best!

A beautiful oasis in Amed

Beautiful oasis in Amed. The staff were absolutely wonderful! They all made us feel very at home and were attentive to our needs. Adi Resto serves some of the best meals we have ever had, all starting with the warm welcome bread. Every meal was outstanding, delicious and beautifully presented. Our private villa was also very comfortable and we loved our private pool and outdoor living spaces for relaxing. The free shuttle to Lipah Beach was an added bonus.

On occasion you could hear loud speakers from the temple. The surrounding neighbour hood was littered with trash, but the community is very friendly and safe.

Highly reccomend! Wonderful villa!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The villa is beautiful! We booked villa Lah and had the whole Place to ourselves. The private pool was such an added bonus, for morning swims to help wake us up. The staff were so friendly and there is a Restaurant opposite that offer you room service!

The only thing that was disruptive was the wind at nighttime. It cases lots of noise and movement on the bamboo blinds outside the bedrooms.

Super nice hide-out

Friendly and helpfull staff. Comfortable accomodation. Good location. Good food. Very good deal pricewise.

An extrs slice of bread to the American breakfast would have been nice to spread the butter and jam on. And a pot of tea rather than just a cup would have been nice too.
